I did ask about placing shares just to fund debt as that concerned me, but got my head bit off and have been at war with some users ever since. Not all users mind, just those that call me stupid then proceed to say things like 'this share is going to pop this afternoon'... brainless people!!

It's very likely we have a huge discovery on the back of PANR's latest announcement.

I think, combined between the two companies, we are sat on a huge Asset Sale. Certainly has the potential to revolutionise both businesses and finally provide solid, proper shareholder wealth.

Excited more than ever for the flow test and 2024 in general.

I never realised how buried under some PANR holders really are. Not looking good for some. The desperation, name calling and pure ramping makes this extremely evident.

I thought it was a fact that PANR diluted shares to pay off a small amount of the mountain of debt... apparently I can't say that but you state anyone can say what they want?

Therefore why do we care about the FTSE or budget announcement activity, we've got James(yawn)Simon(yawn), or... are you suggesting he is wrong?

People on this PANR board are really quite abusive. Is morale still low from when the price went to 10p from 130p? Not sure what's causing such abuse rather than discussion.

Are you referring to the £250k put in? Have any Directors in the history of listed companies ever topped up/owned shares in their company and got it wrong? Sounds like you are suggesting not but I beg to differ.

I just asked when people think the next share dilution will come and no one seems to answer... instead I get called 'thick' and 'spreading BS'. I hope you abusers are not in so deep that any contradictory comment scares the life out of you because you need this to work so badly... sounds like you might be!

I thought I asked a fair question? Should a potential investor not be concerned and wish to know more about share dilution? It's a pretty important point to address I think.

Ask Scot, he is VERY anti share placing. He doesn't like share raises to fund investment so god forbid imagine share placing to just pay debt off. Would be interested for his view on that and anyones on the next placing?

Does anyone have a rough idea when the next share dilution will take place for PANR to pay off more debt? Assuming as it's just placed shares to pay Q1/Q2 24 off, I assume we can expect a further raise 1/2 months before the commencement of Q3/Q4, so April/May time?
