As always, great result for investors here, bad result for traders in terms of share price movement. Those that aren't in a rush and haven't invested more than they can afford to lose are as cool as a cucumber right now and very impressed with the findings so far. Keep up the good work 88e.

Yes, but if you was the MD, would you rather a £1bn offer for Hickory-1 or a £1.2bn offer for the entire business.

Probably the £1bn... then you can carry on exploration activity, keep a nice salary, and you shares are worth a mint and will continue to grow with further exploration activity and findings.

If flow testing positive and we have over 400 feet of Net Pay, then yep they would buy this for a large sum.

I think we would sell our lease and rights for this part of the land/drill which would catapult the share price anyways, and leave 88e with a lot of cash for exploration projects.

88e will be valued at what it has discovered unltimately... if our wireline results suggest we can 'probably' get 600mn barels out the ground with flow testings, we'll be valued accordingly.

If not.. then jump in quickly before it does get to that value as the market doesn't stay wrong for too long. You can go sale shopping as Mr Buffet calls it.

Imagine we can get 1bn barels out of Hickory-1 and sell it in ground for a cheap $2 per barel.. gives us an estimated £1.6bn market cap on that sale alone, crica 10p a share.

Excellent result so far. With a market cap of currently £100m, this is extremely under-valued right now. Bargain of the year so far!

I’m less fussed about an opening price and more focused on significant value added to the share over the next few weeks.

I have read the RNS twice already, it is just good news after good news in there. I’m so please we have had a smoothly running drill programme so far too. A lot of investors would have held off on the basis on something going wrong with the rig etc.

We could not have hoped for a better result here so far.

I feel most placing share sales are through now, the resistance seems looser.

I'm not bothered on quick share price jumps etc as I'm holding for final flow test results, but I think we should see an uprise over the next few weeks based on positive wireline results.
