Yes, you are right, rig arrival on site is often cause for an RNS.

We didn’t get an RNS because a rig temporarily not working whilst on the way to site and then very quickly working and getting on the move again is not a material event

Normal course of business, no dramas at all. LOL though, that link takes you to Twitter, and shock Scot is there ramping PANR as per!!

I think on the basis the rig is on the move and should land by Sunday with a positive incoming RNS early next week, this share looks very favourable for people today. Long will it continue.

There was only 11k members in that reddit group. There were far far far more trades going through that the entirity of that reddit group...

The market was reacting to good news, because when that comes, the publicity comes mostly from:

- Being in the 'biggest riser of the day' section on the london stock exchanges website/announcement
- News articles that here of the hydrocarbon showing zones and report on this.

Yep. I find with 88e the market is extremely receptive to the below RNS:

- Drilling commenced
- LWD showing zones with hydrocarbons

The reasons why are obvious!

0.47p - 26/2/21 - Rig mobilisation progressing well
0.82p - 12/3/21 - Drilling commenced
1.11p - 19/3/21 - Merlin-1 production hole drilling to commence now (casing done)
1.75p - 26/3/21 - LWD indicates multiple potential hydrocarbon baring zones
3.75p - 01/4/21 - Wireline logging continues. Petrophysical interpretation indicates several potential pay zones.

All of the above was done in less favourable conditions that we currently have now:
- Oil prices were lower then
- We did not have as higher % of the drill as the current one
- We had debt to our name then and are now debt free
- There was no nearby discovery found like the one we have with PANR now
- We was not near the pipelines unlike this one

2 drills ago we was 0.3p hoping for a 1p party and ended up having a 3p afterparty (some of us, a lot were happy enough with the 1p party)!
