Needs to go up a long way to get back to 130p doesn't it Scot?
Share dilution just to cover 2 quarters of debt repayment... worrying.
Scot... PANR have just announced they are placing even more shares just to pay off some debt.... Your worst fears have come true and you always harp on the 88e forum about the fact placing will happen and shares will be diluted. So sorry to hear this for PANR... how are you feeling about it?
PANR RNS:
· Placement of approximately $4.15 million of new ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of $0.255 per share ("Placement Price"), equivalent to 20.8p per share, to long term investors to increase the Company's cash resources, allowing it to pay December and March Convertible Bond payments in cash (the "Placement").
Does Scot still post here? I remember he went extremely quiet after ramping buying this share at 130p then it falling to 10p.
He seems to post a lot on 88e every time we get news, wondering if he's the same here.
Exactly. If shares get diluted 10/20% but our acreage and chances of discovery increase by that amount i.e. as long as we are raising capital to fund more drills... then what's the worry about dilution...
08.52 Yeah definitely best to hide your head in the sand when reading Scots posts, especially when he advised to buy PANR at 130p and it went to 10p.
Definitely hide your heads from his posts, you're right!
Scot saying we will need cash to buy into this new venture is like telling everyone they are going to have to spend cash when going into a supermarket... well duhhhh! I was rather hoping we'd get a totally free investment in Namibia.... oh well!!
Idiots
It's very nice entering the Q1/Q2 excitement of 88E with:
1) a confirmed discovery by an external expert
2) doing flow testing of an already-tested well with promising data
We are miles ahead of where we've been in previous drill seasons. We now have a board actually doing some serious technical work rather than hyping up and selling a drill campaign. Exciting times ahead.
Oh no... Putin got upset and reported my post. Never mind... hahahah
Yeah... roll on 3p+ I say
13.37 LOOOOL my message the other day got you replying after 9pm on a Saturday night hahaha!!!
Sorry you lost your money here in a previous spike cycle Putin, your bitterness about it is extremely evident here.
I never saw your £25k trade go through on any share... bless you. Keep churning through those sausages with mumma.
I don't necessarily reply directly to Scot, but I do not filter him just so I can warn potential readers of his material that his sole aim is get any new investor money into PANR and away from 88e.
I, as well as other users I see now, quote his advice of getting people into PANR at 130p and then it crashed down to 10p.
Sure, we can all get things wrong, but when you ram advise down peoples throats and get it that wrong and do not apologise, I think readers deserve a warning of his posts.
Excellent update from 88e. We are so much further than we have ever been with regards to a discovery.
Roll on the flow testing.
They could do, but in all honesty how many people really see these comments?
I don't quite think LSE gets the footfall for any comments to have a material impact on any of these smaller AIM stocks.
Not sure what his twitter following is, but pretty certain it's at a level where he is really wasting his time putting in all that effort for his PANR updates and biased views.
Keeps him happy and gives him something to do I guess though.
Biggg night for Scot that... all those words... 130p to 10p outcome on advice given...
Does anything Scot says matter when you can get advice soooo blimin wrong... who knows!
Readers be warned, he does provide in-depth analysis, but is CLEARLY anti-88e... or more pro-PANR and wants money flowing in there rather than 88e... I would if I told people to invest at 130p and the share being what it is now.
Be careful all.
18.30 I assume you must get your desire to discover a bit of sausage from your mother...
With that thought locked in your head now, you'll see I bought over 6m shares in this the other day costing £25k. I posted this purchase before the trade is shown online 15 minutes later.
Put £25k in any company today and post on here before the trade is loaded. Then we'll talk about flipping burgers!
Tada for now.
17.32 LOOL blimey this 88e really does dig out some losers doesn't it... it's like a magnet for people with too much time on their hands
14:57 Agreed! We shall see...
Out of interest Ecuagold, if you was the MD of 88e, how would you go about raising capital to fund drilling and company working capital?
It would be silly of any small oil exploration company to no longer look for development and growth opportunities and instead throw the kitchen sink at one promising well wouldn't it...
If you believe the reason they are doing this is because they think Hickory is a duster... then I would not invest/remain uninvested, as that's a major concern right?
Scot has zero credibility on this forum these days, he eliminated all of it when recommending and screaming at everyone to invest in PANR at 130p. It later dropped to around 10p. Take care online reading anything of his.
After all his bad mouthing and pointing out anything potentially negative with 88e... he quickly forgets about his 130p to 10p advise... therefore it goes to show knowledge or no knowledge, it's irrelevant when you can get something SO WRONG like he did.
I'll always remind people of this in case any new users to this forum fall into his trap. 130p to 10p and he is paid by PANR to promote. Same twitter handle so you can see his PANR ramping on there. 88e and PANR are in a similar position right now, however 88e do not have any debt to their name and a higher chance of a discovery, and are a fraction of PANRs market cap... his goal is within PANR and is to divert investor cash from 88e to PANR... tread carefully when reading his posts.
Be careful.
