I think anyone who was minded to sell has now done so however those of us who’ve seen similar situations to this and analysed have been buying in but it’s been difficult. I feel there’s a large order or order being filled here at the expense of sellers. All will be revealed soon but I can’t see deep pockets/ii letting this opportunity pass them by! The fight for stock is on but the old adage buy when others are fearful is what I’m adhering to right now. It’s most definitely not game over here no Siree!

I actually think this is an attempt to message to markets any potential other bidders that they need to come in higher. The 1.2 million is pathetic I think as individual shareholders we could raise more money between us and make an higher offer ourselves lol!!

It’s a shake out for deeper pockets to exercise a pre-meeting offer or for an ii to come in to rescue and shore up with capital imho - I’m sure they could easily raise more than 1.2 million and they’d get the whole lot too wouldn’t they! That on a market raise is peanuts even for AIM!

I’d also add why has it been so very difficult to buy any at all all day? If it was truly writing on wall time I should be able to buy large volumes of stock but nothing tiny dregs bits and pieces of stock here. Begs the question where is the stock going then are we (I think highly likely) going to see some large late reported BUY trades here?

I can however easily constantly sell all my collected holding in one pop should I wish!

First Shareholders have to vote this through and that’s not going to happen is it!

Secondly with such a tiny amount of stock here there’s the threat of someone with deep pockets eg Ashley to come along and sweep this up.

Thirdly the value equated to an AIM stockmarket listing has been dispensed with in this scenario which is ludicrous even if the company sold its asset it could still remain as a valuable listing and raise money to do other things here. The fact that they haven’t proposed this again speaks volumes about the impetus of only looking at the company and not that it’s a listed company!

Fourth there’s until 24th March for any RTO targeted or ii/ deep pocket pi to come and pick this up

It’s certainly not game over indeed the suggestion by the BOD that it’s a fait a compli is pure arrogance this is a listed company and it’s not in the interest of the shareholders as it’s not even going private it’s going to become a new private company which we won’t have shares in.

They could easily do an open offer to all retail and ii and raise capital on the market the effect of more issuance of stock here would have little effect on dilution as there’s so little in circulation anyway!

There’s only one reason you’re trying this on and that’s because you’ve sold and now you want to buy back in lower. Watching - 80 this time last year but that was before we had any chance of Lithium it was pre Sasanof we now have another crack at gamechanger Sasanof now. We are essentially on the ground floor here with better prospects of travelling even further past 80s now this quarter.

‘Within 30 days’ not at 30 days important to remember so RNS can drop any time now we also await the update on Sasanof which could doubly rocket charge the price too. To collect pre all this news!
It’s oversold and cheap this time last year before we had any chance on lithium it was trading in 80s our very small free float will see us there again soon!

Beet we’ve already three times traded the entire amount in issue. The volumes last few weeks have far exceeded that amount obviously retail have been buying selling etc but they don’t always churn all at once. Placees will all have different approaches and agendas to satisfy. Chill out fella the little free float here makes it often very very difficult to buy so there’s a bit of liquidity with any churn - it would only be a problem in a stock if there were loads of shares in free float available at any given time but there isn’t here is there. That’s why SP can do a leap frog. Don’t trouble yourself. Keep your eyes on the prize/well actually prizes here!

Agree Jarv the amount wasn’t huge and with a tiny free float here doesn’t really make that much difference it just gives
slightly more liquidity to a hard to come by stock with this company. Any news will stick a rocket up it and buy demand will allow any remaining to be taken through without us noticing. However I seriously doubt there’s much left and no compulsion anyway to sell all. I’m looking forward to next week and what remainder of this month brings certainly I feel these teenager prices will be long gone and we’ll end up in mid life region somewhere between 45-58!
