Here’s the circular and it was posted 26th and Peel finished making their purchase 27th as stated on TR1 so I think conclusion is we may get another RNS soon to state either approach has been made OR all quiet as Peel are collecting to do hostile takeover for client or on behalf of client for RTO OR they have taken over 10% for voting rights to see off the Board’s unnecessary proposal along with current private investor shareholders & call EGM to oust the current board so any way you look at it this is a very good sign! IMHO

This is getting interesting what an intriguing twist of play in this stock. Now why would Peel buy up over 10 percent of stock here what have they got planned RTO or voting rights power to vote down the boards proposal? Buying more to effect a takeover? Got to be a good reason why they now have over 10% of the company. I presume this has been acquired over a number of days so would preempt yesterdays news too which makes this all the more juicy. I expect then they will want more. I’m in for the win and in good company. IMHO

Yes I’ve taken some as what’s not to like here and dividends on top too plus a possible short squeeze here in a stock that’s got hardly any available volume of float!!! Roll up roll up and load up load up. I’m ecstatic to have a holding in such a profitable company and stonking dividend pay outs too.!! Has Christmas come early? IMHO

More and more opposition coming in and voices getting louder and this will drag on and on with extensions across the summer meanwhile box office profits will continue to be brought in bucket loads from the new blockbusters this spring/summer and the more this has lacks any real foundations to be applied as an ‘emergency’ plan. I believe it will get rejected we all know it’s unfair and unbalanced and I think the court will view it the same especially as it’s now not only shareholders making a noise about it. Have a good one guys but remember each week that goes by and the complicated court procedures will drag with extension after extension, the box office takings get bigger and bigger with the new blockbuster releases and the harder it is to be able to propose this as a the only option or even a workable option. I really truly think it won’t pass and I think the ii shorts are now starting to plan closing and ii are now collecting big to go long. IMHO

Time always to buy here especially pre US and when it’s extremely overdone on teeny tiny quids worth of sells - the buys here still outweighing any sells IMHO

Well there’s now the salient date of 26/5 and 12/6 and one of the things they will be looking at is the shareholder docket objection to the proposal by the large shareholder representation. Looks like the guy was actually present yesterday good for him and the masses of holders he represents. The game has only just begun it's not over yet as much as many would have your believe IMHO

The dates look wrong in the presentation look at this re court not 26th May but 12th June and with possible extensions could move well beyond this IMHO

Reminder a long way off a decision being made and not until 26th May some behaving here like this is already decided and a done deal. Very far from it both on legal timeline and factual timeline. IMHO
