Twib that’s literally the market makers primary reason for existence to provide and I quote ‘a fair and orderly market’ which means market makers should not endeavour to play with the share price, guide the share price, manipulate the share price and be able to reasonably quote a price for both buys and sells(not constant stop start auction) . In past 20 minutes the Bid has been 1.65-1.45 and the ask 1.75-1.57 ok and a prime example on tiny volume of trades!

I can’t quite believe that as they only listed in 2021 in that time they’ve never sought to raise money on the market? Surely I’m wrong? They’ve had zero raises zero placings and now they need a bit of cash and they haven’t thought to do this?
The appetite I’m sure in 2023 would be strong and especially an open offer for current shareholders involved. Ludicrous madness! What the hell is going on here!? It makes no sense at all!
Agree Rachel’s Dad this might now have been a massive exercise of what not to do and someone will accumulate and takeover for peanuts. I really hope they suck it to them. Any hint of this and they’ll need to reveal soon re takeover code and will make the SP go ballistic!

Tree shake pushing all and any sellers via NT whilst sneaking down the bid but if you’re quick 1.58 to buy just shows you the utter manipulation behind the scenes on the dealings here. Then they release it and hey presto the SP has magically plummeted well if you sell I’m having them all lol! MM fair and orderly market is not being presented here in any shape or form! Well well if you look at the actual prints on London Stock Exchange what’s revealed is that theres a lot of Buys on ECHO exchange and are listed as SINT trades evidence that institution/broker buying look for yourself can’t print all here but times of trades etc all look to be buys! Who is buying? Who for? Who’s trades are these?

If they had issued an open offer placing to raise capital that would’ve helped substantially with liquidity so why haven’t they taken this approach? It stinks! Isn’t this the whole point to listing publicly to raise money on the markets! The tiny amount of shares in issue is ridiculous and coupled with most holders have averages far far exceeding current price is why it’s so difficult to buy especially when buy demand here is most definitely on. The poor liquidity and SP issue is down to the BOD and now used this as an excuse for strategy review to accept a low ball absurd offer lol lol lol!

To be fair a few private normal investors on here could club together and issue a better offer for the company than the 1.2 million offer they have presented that we should accept! It’s crazy nuts doesn’t stack up and will not be voted through. Absolutely no way.

Are there any celeb investors who bought in on the IPO or have this in their portfolio etc here I wonder….as they too would not be happy I’m sure to be cut out like this!

In auction and the old ask is now the new bid price well looks likely next level is coming in. The more research I do here the more this doesn’t add up that the bidder came in at a pathetic 1.2 million really??? a few of us here could muster that up without sweating I’m sure! That’s why MM are trying to paste such a silly spread discouraging buying as any stock collected is filling these large orders.

I’m actually getting angrier by the minute when you see what’s been proposed it stinks! Less than 18 months ago company was worth 108 million and now they want to keep the CEO and sell it off to an unknown for 1.2 million? Nope I can’t see ANY shareholder who has put thousands of their hard earned simply lying down, rolling over and accepting this!
I would point out that’s not me this isn’t coming from a bitter stand place it’s coming from a WTF stand place for all current shareholders who refuse to be shafted with this inferior deal!
Shareholders have to vote for this sale and they will say a big fat NO imho - think again. A rival will come in and swoop us up imho, we remain listed and I hope as part of this the current BOD have to step down. They can still retain their shares but we need better leadership the failings here that have led us here sit at their door yet they really expect shareholders to be only ones to suffer?

If there are other scenarios and other ways including other bidders that come in then the BOD will have to consider them. This isn’t simply a one track set in steel pathway here. I’m sure the BOD have been bombarded with angry shareholders who will be making their thoughts crystal clear. There are other fairer, better economic solutions here imho and this is not the only one as much as they may like it to to be! I do believe biding our time here will result in stronger better bidders coming in or indeed a financial institution cash injection to allow it to remain listed as ITS fully on stockmarket. It’s a blip a bump in the road this drastic action is not called for imho. TRY AN OPEN OFFER to ALL SHAREHOLDERS for starters even if it’s split/juicy warrants to ii! Why didn’t they do this at 7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14 Recently? Within the time period of the strategic review?

Torre - They can’t they’re relying on people giving up and accepting what’s simply at this stage a very bad proposal. I genuinely think however this offer was a signal to the market to dangle a carrot to other bidders and reveal a starting point. This unknown bidder doesn’t seem to have the expected gravitas to simply swoop in and take ITS from the stockmarket for such a lowly sum - nope I ain’t buying it. And a rival brand or hedge will swoop in now. No way this scenario will be allowed by shareholders to follow through as a given! How would they get over 75% of the vote? No not feasible imho not one bit!
There’ll be more offers, higher offers incoming here just watch!

IF there was so many holders selling up WHY do they have to keep taking back the Bid and creating such a comically wide spread the buys have far outweighed the sells even though it like yesterday is difficult to buy any volume. The sellers are still filling buy orders no doubt outstanding from yesterday! IF it was game over (far far from it ) then buyers like me would find it easy peasy to buy all we wanted! So who is collecting we shall know soon it’s not just pis buying now is it!

Sellers what’s the point in handing over your stock now? You’re being mugged off. Walk away and come back in 2 days we will have travelled far, far North from here!

Yes this is an entirely different scenario thanks yawn - I see the chancers and traders rock up with their ‘anecdotal advice’ and appear here whenever the SP starts to shift north. You had your chance that’s as low as it’s going to get. This scenario can easily see other major higher bidders, hostile takeover, open offer raise, new finance restructure, RTO of AIM listing cash shell pick one of many! It’s absolutely not the game over scenario that some would like to paint. There’s challenges to this proposal on every level. Who is this company who’s made the ‘offer’ who is behind it? I can’t see they are any sort of major player or even player heck if pushed I could probs raise 1.2 million myself!

Think the BOD should be very ashamed even trying to suggest this to shareholders it’s comical they think it would pass! Vote NO it’s our decision it’s not in the interest of shareholders nor indeed the company imho! No shareholder would vote for this there’s literally no basis for opting to vote in favour. Another bidder (household name or hedge I bet) will be along to sweep or shore this up…

I very much think there is a real possibility of other bidders. In their knee jerk rush to secure one they’ve proposed a dreadful one absurdly low bid!
But they’ve now shown their hand(maybe intentionally ?) but eg if Ashley/Boo/ASOS/Very wanted this? They now see a very useful starting point. It’s not in the interest of shareholders this proposal and it would be easy for any ii/deep pocket ii over 3% to call a EGM and ask challenge the board on this proposed offering. Remember the board need over 75% of voters to say yes this is a great deal. Lol that’s as likely as seeing flying pigs across the sky!
They need to rethink their strategy as there’s challenges here on every level imho - even in a tough market AIM companies are able to raise finance on the markets. This is why companies list so for them to not have really tried an open offer they still have time to consider it then I’m sure the majority of ii and retail would support it thoroughly.
The game is most definitely not over it’s only started and the BOD will not have an easy ride to what they’ve proposed. It is indeed just a proposal it’s not decided. We the shareholders DECIDE!

If this was supposed to be a sell a doomed stock lol MM then why are you having to keep shaking the tree and widening the spread? Panic sellers have dried up but appetite to buy has remained making it a weird situation where everyone is now holding and buying or buying more but can’t access any stock (tiny free float remember) so if anyone was dumping there’d be shed loads available to buy but there’s not!
Background buyers deep pocket pi/ii I’m willing to bet. But finger is worn from pressing repeatedly on the Buy button but getting NT dribs drabs sellers making up a larger piece of a big buy and someone hungry for a slice of this bargain pie!

Looks suspiciously to me like MM have many buy orders they are keen to fill by end of day as the panic will soon wear off here once this has all been thoroughly digested. Hands off my stock MM!
