But Saint the conversion of the bond didn’t settle until 2nd Feb which is the date used so they didn’t have shares until 2nd so between 2nd, 3rd and today they sold 159,131,600 shares - really?? well there’s been no large prints that add up to those levels declared so they had to have sold off market. If we look at the filings on SEDI we may get a clearer picture but nothing yet listed yet. IMHO DYOR

With reference to the sell by Tosca they did this on 2nd and notified today 6th, however if the drop back is because of them selling where is the actual evidence for the trade that’s a lot of stock and I find it hard to believe we’ve soaked them all up in such a small period of time. It doesn’t add up, the market hasn’t shown us the trade this TR1 relates to so they may have sold to others off market but where’s the evidence of this too? Definitely games being played left, right and centre here so is this a manufactured drop as I’ve mentioned we’ve had very odd behaviour from MM adjusting the bid price back down whenever a good sized buy comes in that moves it up on the algorithm. Everyone who was commenting on the clear manipulation can see that the share price is in control mode. It was interesting and confirming that when the two large buys were made they dropped the bid price back as the algorithm was instantly upped then! So it must have been manually taken back down to the price it’s been sat at all day. So what the play and who are the players. Is this one last short can’t see that myself but to allow more bargain vwap conversions? Whatever the reason the market makers aren’t providing is with their duty to provide that fair and orderly market. So many buys today and MM have a never ending supply to deter sellers but attract buyers which they are. How much longer can they maintain this whilst FCA are sniffing around here is the question? I can’t think much longer as we’ve had 3 days of this now and last TR1 wouldn’t let you buy even small volumes then came the drop and further drops. We seem however to have stabilised above 5. Chickster I agree with your post that’s a very good point. I think the SL will return and this has all been part of their play to oust the wrong ‘uns and get rid for good. SL retuning would really set the cat amongst the pigeons here causing lots of problems not for us but for the rest of the players! It feels very much like a script of a drama twists and turns being played out but not very nice being caught in the middle of it. Utilising the extreme low share price right now is one way of getting a better hand and advantage when news is finally revealed. IMHO DYOR

So we should get an RNS outlining the plan very soon as it’s within 30 days not on 30 days although they have 30 days. I really think the telling thing is that why go to efforts of getting yourselves on the BOD only for you to leave after such short period. This I’m sure is all down to action group biting at their tails and it wasn’t part of their plan. I’m sure shining a light under a microscope on what exactly happened wasn’t either! Where’s their control of this situation coming from now? It’s a good sign. I expect SL will be happy with this too it may even have been part of the ‘Subject to certain conditions precedent’ options are coming outlining to SL who may now see a clearer path and retract. That would cause SP to surge like historically surge up. That wouldn’t be good for Anavio and their grip will loosen on our throats. Now tables will turn and it will be us and the hugely increased share price that will hurt them if you know what I mean. They may need to buy lots of new clothes lol. Our other TR1 guys should show their hand but I expect they simply want to make a lot of money like us - I think this isn’t a ‘partnership’ but a rivalry play too. I’ve felt for some time being a logical person that this all of it the whole entirety of the thing simply doesn’t add up. None of it. Yes we know the actors and their plays but I have this nagging gut feeling that I can’t shift that this is simply some kind of ‘psyop’ being expunged and we’re all to believe the chain of events just simply happened and we have to take it on the chin and there’s no value here. None. No. No and a firm No. I’m buying a reasonable position well my gut is and I think I will be proved right. We will succeed. There will be a huge 360 degree turnaround and suddenly we start getting positive news. The SL will either retract its demand or be replaced, the gas will suddenly materialise and production numbers will be big, we will have a few approaches by new major JVs partners and the original will sidle up and start talking again. All of this is some scripted drama and I’m not playing along. I’m going in the opposite direction. I’m going to be Uber hell UBER positive about this. There’s a reason they went to town on us and the reason lies in as it always does money and profits. So I’m making my bed and I’m lying in it. I’m confident I will be proved correct. The shareholder group is doing a superb job pulling at their tails and at some point soon the game that’s been played will be up. Suddenly the bonds are shall we say conveniently reorganised perhaps tied up in an open offer deal after positive news on production has been dropped and they slip this in. A bit like the we were never going to take bonds instead of stock from original BOD announcement slipped in at the bottom of that long RNS. Very strange price action to say the least what is going on? I do agree price is vey attractive at this level to add some more. We should be getting some form of update soon at very least on current production levels! They can’t dispense with their fiduciary duty to inform shareholders. Saint no I don’t think that and the company is still obliged to be reporting to its shareholders on company actual activity - they do after all own oil fields. What’s happening with production what’s the news? They can’t discharge their obligations to neglect to inform us of activities. There’s a whole lot going on in background and at some point soon all will be revealed in the meantime it would be nice to know updates on still our investments. Any good or more positive news on that front will be a problem for both lol! We should all be putting pressure on company to update us! IMHO DYOR

Yes there is a link in that he’s also worked for Anavio however in this industry funds not unusual for one person to move from company to company or set up their own etc but it’s interesting to say the least. It doesn’t mean that they’re not rival companies now and perhaps Tosca want to trump Anavio but even if they were working in partnership as some have claimed, I doubt they would want the flack and under the microscope look into the dealings in this way now what has been done is being openly challenged and presumably looked at I think there’s some form of competition going on perhaps connected to eg the SL who somebody not me I’m sure I recall said there was some kind of dislike by SL for Anavio? It’s all a tangled web indeed however, they are going to all this effort and the reorganisation of the company has at its helm a professional guy who won’t allow any rug pull on his watch everything now has to be in line no room for circumnavigation all lines must be correctly towed. I still believe strongly that the JV whether via original major name partner or another major will happen and this may be part of why Anavio and Tosca have taken such big pieces of COPL - the JV process and the weird way it was ended abruptly does not add up at all. I think that the SL ‘suddenly’ deciding they want money back was perhaps a protest - I think the JV will be back on and I think either the SL will stay on board or replaced. The plan for Anavio to get a large slice along with Tosca and the bond holders conversions means they will benefit handsomely. In the mix Board will be restructured with new people and will come out well and Tom apparently has already left the building to distance, they may well get fined for eg and that amount is a drop in the ocean of the profits they will make. Whatever scenario whether takeover or the whole ship here is righted instead of running aground which is the scenario they want us to believe there’s a hell of a lot of ££ to be made. Those barrels of oil haven’t suddenly vanished into thin air! IMHO DYOR

Saint they clearly would not succeed in overturning the highest price rule especially with all the evidence as to why the share price has been pushed so low. Their application for this would be laughed at seriously and they could not demonstrate that they should be awarded a priority dispensation. IMHO DYOR

It was 9.5p actually however I think the scenario is that the Senior Lender will be replaced with new one and suddenly production is upped and the stakes in the company with both funds then well placed to make an absolute mint here as the reorganisation is quelled and no asset sale goes ahead. New JV emerges from shadows and then we get back to actual reality of value of the huge assets we hold. I’m playing their game and awaiting the chance to make a massive amount along with them.
