It’s actually 9.5p it’s highest amount it’s traded at not highest closing price that’s the rules. So takeover price of that’s the game would be that. Can’t Scott around the rules. Cheap obviously but a lot of profit from this level and at least something back for LTHs. Not sure this even what they’re doing - I think the game plan is much bigger than that! IMHO DYOR

The sl*t drops are always to enable this buy and a few more besides. The fact that there’s little free float available in real terms means this has to be dropped to panic people in order to buy. So many times I’ve tried a top up of only 5k and get no available quote or place an order and it doesn’t get filled because by time broker tries it’s gone back up again. I will continue to collect on the dips when able and they’ll let me. I maintain this will get turned around and this point in COPL’s history will be a nasty stain but we will survive however not sure our ‘shorting friends’ will survive with reputations intact. New BOD appointed by the turnaround guy and we move forwards. Gut remains that we something positive is happening now. IMHO DYOR

They are rivals not partners with all the heat on Anavio you honestly think they would risk it when all is now under the authorities microscope. No that’s really not it. They have legitimately bought in open market as Anavio stooge chairman slinks away. Tosca are doing things the correct way no way would they put themselves in the firing line too for the action group FCA/CSA They will get shareholders on side as I believe they have a turnaround plan. Too many barrels of the good old black stuff to let this fizzle they exist to make money for their clients why would they expand so much money just to lose it? Not buying it at all. There is something good bubbling under. IMHO DYOR

Wybased there doesn’t seem any connection between Anavio or Tosca I genuinely think they have been collecting their stake for a while under the radar and have intentions of ousting Anavio. I think this stake is extremely significant in a very positive way that they have used the current situation to assert an ousting of the board and ultimately Anavio. If they have such a stake as a significant shareholder they can start to ask questions and put themselves into a powerful position to right the wrongs and more importantly may have the ability to negotiate with SL or replace SL with another now they have shown their hands. It makes no sense that we’re expected to maintain its game over scenario whilst they buy in open market to get near a third of the company. Remember we have a solid guy overseeing this and he will not be taking any underhand moves from anyone. And if a takeover offer was presented then its last 12 months highest price traded at which is 9.50 that’s going to make some buying now millionaires! IMHO DYOR

When the TR1 posted couldn’t buy any volume at all my top up buy showing as a sell as price was continually upped however now they’ve sl*t dropped it for zero reasons as though they don’t want the share price to get over 8? I’ve been away on holiday for good few weeks but been following this on and off. Average holding 0.0075 now - I just can’t see that there’s not going to be some shock turnaround here and suddenly the senior lender has the faith to remain again. Suddenly we get great production numbers etc. My gut tells me there’s more to this and it’s all shrouded in a smoke and mirrors play. IMHO GLA DYOR

Interesting development seems Anavio may have a rival. I have been trying to make a good position here because despite all the awful shenanigans we’ve seen and it is dire behaviour I think there has to be more to this than simply accepting our fate.
