Yes the Anavio bonds as part of an honest new pathway restructuring should be cancelled or at the least vastly repriced! As the bond holders are also shareholders and the Anavio link remains on the BOD for the moment anyway but how much longer, then legitimately how can they possibly convert anyway with so much focus and heat on them? It would be a triumph if authorities demand the unwinding of all their trades. Imagine that and the effect here it’d have upwards on the share price, we’d be talking of that mega rise years from now wouldn’t we! Maybe just maybe that’s the get out option handed to Anavio to redeem this mess and stop any shareholder or authorities further action? IMHO DYOR

The SL would’ve also believed the to market statements re gas injection made by the BOD and this is why I believe they will now come back and stay on board as the old board leave and Anavio are squeezed out from here. New clean sweep BOD appointed using experienced O&G people brought in and we go forwards. There will then be enough confidence coming back in and an equity shareholder participation raise would allow to go forwards as finally gas is injected and production increases. I think a condition of this will be no bond conversions for 6 months minimum and the warrants attached to the recent smash and grab placing by Anavio cancelled. What price the SP then with this scenario? IMHO DYOR

MM playing holders like a fiddle when they drop it so best thing to do is you top up. How many times this week have we been locked out from buying anything at all. It’s clear as I’ve maintained all week that someone or some entity is taking a position here. It may even be a short trying to sit under the radar to collect or is there perhaps even a naked short out there looking to be exposed soon as we move into more positive territory with a turnaround scenario more likely on the cards as the old board members one by one leave. Pressure on Anavio building and what would news of TR’s resignation do to the share price that would certainly send it into double digits! All to play for here. The oil is still there. The SL may yet extend or come back, an offering for bonds to be restructured and warrants cancelled with a halt on bond selling for minimum 6 months. Settling this would I think bring a number of competing JV partners to the table. The muted equity raise for shareholders participation would give us some funds with a clear way forward then. The assets we have are amazing the amount of oil we have is extraordinary and there you see why these games have been played. The article on the rush to buy in that area by oil and gas folk says it all! Traders now getting their buy ins if they will actually let you have any decent amounts. This pullback retreat of the share price has been a massive market manipulation from Monday’s price at 11 , all of the weird price actions this week in plain sight done with total arrogance! The old adage buy when others are fearful certainly rings true here! IMHO DYOR

So currently easy as pie to sell large volumes but can’t buy large volumes. I think we can see who are the ones here trying to drive negative sentiment here - they claim they’re not invested but are on here more than actual holders. They repeat a post made my RBM who coordinates the SAG and yet they’ve failed to see that this was in the context of positivity and positive actions to remove BOD and pressure building on Anavio to also go. It’s actually making me laugh their increasingly dire posts wasting their own time throwing all they can at this as share price starts to move up again. That’s three of them on repeat now Cyprus, Montyfino and Laguelle presumably the same poster who wants a trade. This is what this board has to put up with day in day out overrun with day traders and spread better punters trying to tell us what’s going on and stock deramper phrases rolled out when they’ve no clue of the basics here! Uscita that’s their prerogative to do so and I’m pretty sure there’s a KC involved. Those are deep pocket HNW investors who have decided a course of action to right wrongs which actually is putting pressure on the old BOD with what they’ve uncovered and have involved the regulators both sides of the pond so it is not the scenario you’re portraying from a position of clearly no knowledge! They are doing good work, the pressure is building up and foes are apparently being backed into a corner to provide explanations of their actions. One by one they’ve gone. That’s a very good sign. We have a decent chap trying to turn this around now and sort out the mess they’ve made so time for you to sit down now with that sniping attitude! IMHO DYOR

Cyprus you’re spending more time on here than actual investors and that alone tells us all we need to know, just for clarity. We get it you trade this you buy in cheap, let the price recover upwards again, go quiet and sell then repeat. Out of the last 30 days you’ve spent the majority of posts made here! So for any of the new investors they may want the context of your incessant negativity. New investors coming in now would stand to make substantial sums if this is turned around which I believe is actually what the SL wants and to oust Anavio! IMHO DYOR .

Will point out that people happy to pay 12 and 11, 10 yesterday in big volumes. Nothing has changed from that point except we’ve not been allowed to rise. If the price was allowed to go there again you’d see buyers coming in but it’s being walked down without any justification from that 10-11 point yesterday and every time they do walk it they place it in auction on the buy side. With FCA sniffing around the arrogance of the market makers here is what may undo them. We are focused on all the moves and without justification of this weird price action then Market Makers will need to explain their pricing strategy on moving the dial and trying to control the share price it seems! So Cyprus now wants in? He’s stalked the board for days and now he’ll be buying and cycle off hopefully and stop irritating other holders with his classic ‘Deramping for Beginners’ posts. I’d be quick lad peddle fast as the price is moving upwards again!! IMHO DYOR

I love the way that Cyprus keeps posting this again and again he hasn’t worked out that exposing this is a positive thing when he’s supposed to be posting negatively as he has done for many days.

So we’ve been walked down to 7-8 on nothing the irony is if they whacked it up they’d find people panicking to buy back in those who are clearly trading this but then they’d lock you out as couldn’t fulfil orders and you’d need to watch the price escape from your grasp. There’s no bond seller conversions forward selling being done the market is being watched and that would be tantamount to shining a light on any unscrupulous practices like that. Therefore the action yesterday whereby the SP was clearly manipulated and helped to go downwards as they did not want it for some reason to keep breaching 11. Ask yourselves why? FCA need to look at the price action here and audit if necessary because this isn’t working via a fair and orderly market. Is there naked shorts exposed? Is there big buyers who have heard positive jungle drums and collecting large quantities ? It sure isn’t adding up. On Monday we had periods of over 30 minutes when nobody could get a live quote to buy. NT in and out of auction and a shuffle to reprice lower on the bid side and offer live quotes but lock out buyers allowing only small windows to grab some. It all stinks. I’m not playing their games. Looks like went into auction both sides again. Well we’ve had an up day, a down day so pattern goes it should be up today the closer we get to some news 15th we may see new production results, a resolution and what I believe will be a 360 turnaround back to where we were with SL back on board, Anavio pushed out with bonds restructured, warrants cancelled new broom BOD and JV back to the table perhaps competing now with others - the news article posted yesterday was a good sign of this. My secret hope is the authorities would force our foes to unwind the deals done but that’s a dream but you never know! I’m a shareholder and before anyone starts attacking any positive opinions as ramping, I think above is a likely scenario and my analysis of the situation. IMHO DYOR

We should have by 15th of this month they’re obliged so perhaps they’re intending to put out one big RNS with all of the things I mentioned below and them in with it too? IMHO DYOR

The case for the upside

Perspective to current low price in focus - before the SL announcement this was trading at 0.0190 and that was very low after the JV RNS we are currently trading at 0.0008-0.0009. We are not even at the Anavio shock placement price of 0.0015 and so if there is a turnaround which I strongly believe there will be and a new BOD installed (especially now Gaffney gone), mentions of restructure, I think we will get bonds repriced with halt on selling for eg 6 months then I believe that the SL will be back on board with either an extension until replacement or back on board for good. From here if that happens to get us back to even that low level it’s multiple bags! Add in the possibility of new JV approach or the JV has confidence to come back to table for all the oil and the bags are just getting bigger! Should one of the funds who holds so much % decide to make an offer to remaining shareholders then highest price paid last 12 months applies and that would be 17.50 currently. All to play for and my gut says there’s far too much upside here than down. Other may think differently that’s their call but the players hands have to be revealed as we are on the clock! IMHO DYOR

No I think you’ll find that this firmly sits with you Dr! You trade all stocks you’re related to on each board. I’m in lots of stocks and I think you’ll find you won’t know which ones. Point is this is a different beast and just like you on the stocks you do hold for longer than a nano second and think will bag many times over, I’m entitled to my opinion be that positive which is my choice and without agenda. If I had agenda I would’ve sold! Dr stick to doctoring rather than jabbing any investor who’s positive, happy to hold and says so and why! Time will tell let’s revisit this in a week or so and see who’s right. IMHO DYOR

DrMicho is this classic deramp not a deramp deramping formula you’re using? You’re definitely getting a mention in the book. Any more to add perhaps a ‘catch a falling knife’ ‘death spiral’ or that pure classic ‘dog share’ so many choices! IMHO DYOR
