RE: What are they doing?19 Feb 2024 11:25
I’m posting this again as an overview of what I think will happen feel free to disagree but there’s clearly more to play for here than everyone with an interest in our vast assets would like us to think! I think PK will make this all come good! IMHO DYOR
‘Having looked in to our new CEO Peter Kravitz I have every faith in him and his leadership and abilities to do things fairly and with meticulous arrangements in all aspects. He’s impressive is he not. I think if anything and however painful the journey is, and I know this is going to sound a bit wild, that ultimately he may be the positive key to unlocking COPL for what it should have been. So right now having someone who is so experienced in the restructuring field and with attention to fiduciary duty, I feel wholly more confident that he will see that the deadwood is removed, wrongs are righted and that a beneficial structured business plan is put in place to allow our assets value to reach their potential finally; without our foes snatching them from us and trying to pull the rug from beneath us! That’s my take. To think that back in 2021 -22 shareholders were happy to pay up to 81p! Our asset base has increased since then too! The problem has been bad management not bad assets! The assets are still there, the oil is still there and as US gears up to be hugely more reliant on homegrown oil, our fields are incredibly valuable as recent articles last week in msm pointed out that majors are targeting these same areas. All to play for here as the price of oil moves up! IMHO DYOR‘
