You turn up here out the blue recently (I’ve been here for years) and act like you know it all.

Today is Christian’s last day

After today if we do not have any NEDS to replace him…the NOMAD will leave, we will then be suspended that is the fact.

We then have a further month to find NEDs otherwise it’s

Game Over - delisted.

I’m not here to deramp…. The share price has been flat for weeks …

Tomorrow is Christian’s last day …. Who’s signing his farewell leaving Card ? Who’s going to the pub at lunch time to celebrate .. .. and more importantly is the person who’s taking his place (Ned’s) going to be announced tomorow …. If not we will be suspended ON 29th !

If we get suspended … will the AGM still go ahead? Do they even have to as GCM will be a delisted company ?

Was the timing of the AGM on purpose ???

The announcement of the NED has to be done by RNS and NOT at the AGM…. So tomorrow is the day

Reading back the RNS - Christian leaves on Feb28th

If we don't have the NEDS announced by this WEDS... the Nomad will leave with immediate effect...

GCM will Firstly be SUSPENDED... and then have a further 28 days to find the NEDS .... otherwise we are then formally DELISTED.

I guess we will also need to find new Nomads too? or will our old one come back? - anyone know ???

As its quiet here let me ask some more questions.....

People don't just wake up one day and decide to throw half a million quid on some penny share punt on Aim called GCM. A company that has ZERO revenue or asset value.

A share that has been sitting in the gutter of aim for the last 15 years.

A share that is running out of cash and is desperate for operating cashflow.

No chance.

So why would anyone buy £500,000 worth "shares" in GCM right now?

Those that say Tang is taking this private explain who brought these shares and why?

If this new buyer wanted in on the GCM action they could of LOANED GCM £500,000 - that's more than the £300,000 on offer from Polo.

Being a DEBT holder gives you far more certainty than a shareholder.... even if GCM delist from the stock exchange the DEBT will still need to be paid..... so why go the route of buying shares? why not LEND the money to GCM?

Unless they KNOW the shares would yield a much better return on investment than a LOAN at say 5% or even 10% APR.

people with £500,0000 to spare know a lot more than any of us on how to make money.

Why would CW … who was effectively pushed… write up such a glowing and detailed RNS on his way OUT?

We’ve had almost no info at all in most updates … that was without doubt THE best rns we’ve ever had.

As shareholders we have 28 days to get out with what little pennies we have left … and us all selling up makes zero difference to tang or even GCM … IF the plan is to delist, the shareprice means nothing. So why not just give us the usual standard update rns and let us get out too.

So why CW gave us such a good RNS? Why bother ? It makes no sense. And why did someone jump in with £500k? Again makes no sense at all!

Maybe … just maybe the plan is not to delist at all.

Maybe CW was pushed to make way for local NEDs so he knew he had to leave in order for this to move to the next stage.

Maybe his RNS was a little “hold tight not long left” message to us long standing shareholders ..

Maybe just maybe this really is it… and we can all have that £10 party after all ! :)

Also… maybe delisting polo was part of the larger plan to help fund GCM…. By delisting Polo Tang was able to keeping pumping polo money into GCM without having to ask for Polo shareholder approval.

Why would polo shareholders keep approving endless loans to GCM ?

Maybe delisting polo was a shrewd move to keep GCM … the bigger prize…. Afloat.

you have to remember - if it WASNT for Tang - GCM would of went bust YEARS ago -

It was TANG - via Polo - who has kepy GCM afloat with loans

It was TANG who introduced the major Chinese partners

I dont know what is going to happen next for GCM - its soo frustrating that we are so close yet also at risk of delisting.

Love or Hate Tang and whatever his intentions - if it wasnt for him we (GCM) would have gone bust years ago.

Hardly surprising we are obsessed with being delisted as it means we/us shareholders are left with nothing !

It’s a MASSIVE concern… so much so that that NOMAD made it very clear that it’s a real possiblity… add to this Tangs track record with polo can you blame anyone for worrying about it … after that 5 star rns we should be back up to £2 by now … but we are down 30% … why ?

Because delisting is a real threat

I’d take 50% of whatever green light looks like

If Tang pulls this off and us shareholders are still in the game… I’d be happy with 50% of whatever it is.

GCM was dead many years ago due to Hasina….as long as Tang don’t delist us … he’s doing a great job in my books.

Sometimes you just have to ask “why”

Why did someone jump in with £500k if this was being delisted

Why did Chris who knew he was leaving, write up such a positive and detailed Report as his parting gift ?

Why did he personally thank all the fantastically patient shareholders with an almost promise of … this is it, we are there, message at the end ?

Why bother with any of this is it’s going to be delisted ?

What difference does the share price make to tang or GCM if the share price now is £1 or 0.01p if it’s being delisted ?

If this is being delisted let us shareholders get out with at least a few quid then take it off line…. So why give us one of the best RNS financial reports ever written ? Why bother ?

In a weird turn of events …. Christian managed to convince a third party to stump up £500k thus not needing the loan from Tang(polo) and giving 12.7% voting rights to a potential alley to keep Christian on the board!??!

And with agreed warrants to buy even more shares if tang tries another fast one !!

This would mean we no longer need Tangs(polo) loan and he doesn’t have control ….

It’s all very cut throat either way … whatever is going on the predators are closing in so there must be something valuable here …. I really hope we can all make a few quid on this one

nomlungu - you are right... we still have longer term finance to sort... but come on... for a company like GCM who haven't made a single penny ever... to now have £500k to last till may... plus still have the option to draw down the £300k from polo....yesterday we all thought it was game over - we aint doing too badly - so let us have our day hahah

Reading that RNS again... does it mean someone has brought a subscription of 30,303,040 shares now at £500k

"The Subscription has raised £500,000 (before expenses) through the issue of 30,303,040 Subscription Shares at the Subscription Price. "

Plus on top of that has the right to buy another 300,000,000 shares at 1.6p at any time in the next 3 years?

"In addition, Allenby Capital Limited, who are acting as agent in respect of the Subscription, will be issued with 303,030 warrants to subscribe for new Ordinary Share at a price of 1.65 pence per Ordinary Share exercisable for a period of 3 years from Admission."

The first subscription alone represents a huge 12.7% in the company:

if they to exercise their warrant too... thats another 12.7% !!!
