No its IG refusing to accept the transfer from Primary bid., as IG needs to be provided with proof of stock . But both take about 24 hours to reply to emails and IG take over 45 minutes to answer customer service phone lines.I am have a
hell of a job!

You said you got your placing shares through IG account. I still have not got mine, and they said I should have sent over subscription confirmation, never thought I had to do that when i used Hargreaves?

Primary bid states no charges, so where does the £20 fee come from?.And then it's up in the air when you will receive the shares. I can find no indication of any printed date of recieving shares.
