Why is Kiran being paid for? He said at one meeting if the share price was not improving, this would reflect in their salaries. Has this happened?

The directors take huge salaries and cash calls to top pot up for self-gain. And most just run company into the ground
Not many of the small caps ever turn into a thriving business. And once all possible monies have been extracted from the company, they are already on another board.

Imminently is used on every board and then the people who used it just seem to disappear. The equivalent also used is very, very, soon.

Most boards are now of the same opinion.Bods get very well paid for the running of companies into the ground. Must be the most sort after jobs.
