SS - you have made this statement a few times and you are wrong.
Here is the RNS from 2016(ish?) when the restructure was done. As you can see 21billion new shares were created and then they did a 100:1 share consolidation. So the dilution of the extra 21 billion shares effectively made the shares worth 1p overnight. The 100:1 consolidation was purely for cosmetic purposes to make the share price look better - this brought the value per share up to £1 (but each shareholder had 100 times less shares).
Our current price of £2.30 is 2.3p . Hope this helps.
