also the current ratio is: using current assets / current liabilities = 5049000 / 1818000 = 2.77 above 2 is good right so they had 2.77 on results day so also very good no?

Jolly...also got the following: on the day of the results the book value of TSTL was 27p...so it was actually trading below book value as the sp was 24. (Book Value = assets-liabilities / shares = 27p)

okay so Ebit is 2.2 (or 1.1 times 2 = 2.2) EV is: mcap which was 10 at the time + debt which was 1.818 + minority interest which I cant find so 0? + preferred shares which I cant find on balance sheet either so 0?! = 11.818 so 11.818 - total cash and cash equivalents which is 0.627 therefore EV = 11.1 divided by EBT which is 2.2 therefore EV/EBIT = 5.05???!!! is this correct?

Enterprise value is calculated as market cap plus debt, minority interest and preferred shares, minus total cash and cash equivalents. An indicator of a company's profitability, calculated as revenue minus expenses, excluding tax and interest. EBIT is also referred to as "operating earnings", "operating profit" and "operating income", as you can re-arrange the formula to be calculated as follows: EBIT = Revenue - COGS- Operating Expenses - Depreciation & Amortization Also known as Profit Before Interest & Taxes (PBIT), and equals Net Income with interest and taxes added back to it.

Jolly....a humble request: Using the formula for ev and then ev divided by ebit....what values did u you use to get them please??!! I'm getting some reports say adjusted ebit and others saying just ebit.
