Receivable Turns = Credit Sales ÷ Average Accounts Receivables this tells us how many days it takes TSTLs customers to pay their bills. So, 10558/1923 = 5.4 = TSTL collects its accounts receivables 5.5 times a year. further = 365 days in year /5.5= 66 days it takes for a TSTL customer to pay its bills to TSTL very interesting!!!! Jolly interesting!!!

Where did this 6p figure come from? What have they based this on?

next stage would be compare this to sector average and other companies in the sector TSTL is in....but one thing at a time as I learn!!!

Jolly mate looking at some financial ratios for TSTL - inventory turn rate = cost of goods sold / average inventory over two year period: therefore 3544 / 1923 = 1.84. This means TSTL sells all of its inventory 1.84 times a year. taking this further to calculate the average days to sell the product: 365 days / 1.84 = 198 days it takes for TSTL to go through its entire inventory from the investbeginners site: "When analyzing a balance sheet, you also want to look at the percentage of current assets inventory represents. If 70% of a company's current assets are tied up in inventory and the business does not have a relatively low turn rate (less than 30 days), it may be a signal that something is seriously wrong and an inventory write-down is unavoidable" TSTLs inventory makes up 36% of its current assets (1868/5049) * 100 = 36% so good going forward. You like??!!!

Well a change of name recently and an ever improving balance sheet....backed up by new contracts...defo a long term hold. I'm not in either but my advice would be to keep monitoring for any weekness in share price to add but dyor.

jolly mate...just looking at the income statement from final results: the operating loss is £1,750,000 and loss for the year is £1,312,000 how did they get pre-tax profit of £1.1M???!!!!
