Shaft Sinkers Holdings plc (LSE:SHFT), provides the following update to the Company's 29 August 2013 announcement, regarding Shaft Sinkers Kazakhstan LLP's selection as the preferred bidder for Kazchrome JSC's ("Kazchrome") Skipovaya vertical shaft development contract ("the Contract"). Negotiations for the finalisation of the Contract are progressing well, however they will not be concluded by 30 September 2013. Shaft Sinkers will provide further updates on the progress of negotiations in due course. from 29th August rns: "The project award, valued at approximately $75 million is subject to the negotiation and conclusion of a contract scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2013." from friday 30th August results fro SHFT Order book of GBP344.1 million (31 December 2012: GBP347.9 million)

U got good skills on the fundamentals side of things though...I need to learn a lot more on that so will use this bb to askk you...seeing there is only me and you here!!!!! hoping to start a gc page on fundamentals in future too. A question on nav. If a stock is trading at a discount to nav..is it always a given that the sp will eventually catch up with the nav?! I see many people say the sp is only 50 but the nav is 85 therefore its a buy....for example. Ur thoughts please.

A director bought shares on Friday 4th Oct so I'm guessing the update wont be yet I think. I.thought directors were.not.allowed to deal if a release was due.

WOW!!! Under the radar stock or what!!! Incredible 5 year chart with sp rising from 5p to 80p....consistent revenues and growth and pays dividends!!! Recall we had this on monitor but just keeps going stealthily!!!

Very interesting....from last interims: More in store trials in planning stage with other major brands. Plus only 3m shares left as rest owned by iis and directors.

Takeover possible from Chinese co. But no doubt the pathetic US debt ceiling made them ask for extension. New deadling is November 5....saw post by Knigelk on Thursday, 25p per share according to advfn post. Very small punt!!!!
