Mug punters think this asset is worth in excess of a billion while company has turned to these bucket shop lenders for a few millions.

It has big fat zero written on it.Company is raising money through placings/death spiral loans while mug punters are being lined up to be butchered.

Can believe a story like this.This asset was purchased for a few millions but somebody wants to buy it for more than billion.....Interesting.....Prove it.........Several placings later nothing concrete happened.All of a sudden we had this war.However BOD had 4 years to conclude that deal before war broke out.This RNS was released in 2019.

Lol what is stopping Sanderson from converting loan into shares to dump them onto mug punters for more than 100% profit.Regardless of outcome of these discussions, this assets were worthless, go through RNS and company was surviving on placings until bod got creative and created that "fake bid".However War gave BOD an excuse as the fraud was about to get busted!

He should have backed off, his country has been destroyed, millions have been killed, millions have lost everything and now he is going back to Putin for peace talks.I hope these talks work but I cant see Putin backing away.

Worthless as this company has always been surviving on placings and no foreign invester would want to invest in Russia after people lost billions when Putin confiscated foreign owned assets.

He is a clown and should not have provoked a mad person like Putin.After having his country destroyed he is willing to give "peace " a chance and he could have done it by never offending Putin.Regardless of that these assets were worthless before so wont make any difference.

Mug punters have let them to sell their shares at more than 100% profit so would they not take advantage of it.Who is selling these shares in last tranches?

Be successful but one thing is for sure, no foreign investor would want to invest in Russia after Putin did that dirty "smash and grab" job.However this wont make any difference to this company as it was surviving on placings and has been doing so for past decade.

Lol you really dont know what you are talking about, when a company mentions financial restructuring, strategic options it only means one thing I am afraid.

Whatever way you look at it company needs at least 400 millions.Some of their divisions are highly profitable and some are loss-making.They can get rid of loss-making divisions but that wont get them fair price in this environment.They cant sell profitable divisions as these divisions are making them money.Lenders would have got in touch with them after last update.

Is only way forward here I am afraid as if they manage to sell some assets to pay off lenders, they will still need to find some money for working capital.

Managements count and market has lost trust in this management.They need to lay out a plan going forward.Share price is 90% lower than take-over bid and that tells you that market has lost confidence in management.

Worst position as it had a backlog and that meant that it was losing money everyday.This company might be in better position but needs money.

Of some highly profitable divisions and some loss-making divisions.Right now company is trying to raise some cash by selling some assets.Problem is they cant sell loss-making devisions at a good price and getting rid of profitable devisions is not good for buisness.Recapitalisation is required and we will soon hear one way or another.

I have seen some disasters to be fair.I remember Flybe BOD turning down an aftter and selling the company for 1p a share.

Has proven to be a disaster for this company, they paid 2.5 billion for that and a lot of debt was taken to fund that purchase.
