About financial restructuring as shareprice has fallen because market was anticipating some sort of money raise.If it is off then we should see some bounce at this point.

But really unprofessional attitude by company if it is no longer on the card as share price had crashed because market was anticipating some sort of financial restructuring.

I am surprised that that they have not mentioned refinancing, should have updated the market if it is no longer on the cards.

Only 8 million worth of equity would be offered to existing shareholders in 2025.Time will tell but right now buying does not make any sense as any rise from here would encourage shorters to short more.

That was a differnt ball game but there shareholders got screwed and very few recouped their money.The way I see it is lenders would see this as an oppourtunity to short these knowing fully well that they would have enough shares to cover this short and that would create a constant overhang.Not to mention of upcoming overhang that will hit the market.

And what do you think of overhang of 21 billion shares that are about to hit the market?It looks like share price is going nowhere as you would be stupid to not sell these at 200% profit.There will be consolidation at some point as well.Looks like private investors are being trapped here.

But it is a sure 80/60% money for them from here borrow shares and sell them straight away and you have your converted shares to cover these shorts.Market never lies!

Giving lenders chance to offload their shares for 400%.It will be shorted to that conversion level and then would give lenders a chance to dump their shares onto mug puntets for a premium.

Needs to have his money taken off him.Company has clearly stated that it is not making any money and needs further money to improve production.It is 100% heading for َدمِنِثتڑَتِون۔

I do think some people have taken a gamble on half-baked ideas.It looks like company would need more money in short-term and operations in Mali are worthless at this point.

Dan made sure that neither shareholders nor lenders get anything.Someone has made a lot of money.Lenders wont lend anymore as this company is insolvent.

Lol and lenders dont know that?If company was producing enough money to pay lenders lenders would be happy to let it keep going.But it looks like company is not making any money and lenders wont keep on lending money .It is game over here I am afraid.

On the flip side lenders have no way of getting paid,so why will want to ringfence cash outflow.It looks like people have not understood the concept of administration ، I have seen a few indicents where company is put into administration and then bought back for a tiny amouunt and company is governed as usual.Having said that after yesterday's RNS it is crystal clear that company is not making any money and lenders wont get most of their money back even if they get these assets.Sad thing is I cant see them anything to shareholders.

He gambled on the basis that £2.677 offer was set in stone,however decided to ignore that offer can be lowered or there might not be an offer at all.Problem is lenders own this company now and they can get these assets without paying shareholders anything so why would they pay 20 millions?

In very same RNS, it has been mentioned that an offer can be lowered or an offer might not be made at all.Market does not believe that offer otherwise it would be trading around that figure.

Company can lower the offer and may not even make an offer.

Offer has been used as a "carrot" to dangle in front of shareholders.Shareholders would be wiped out in my opinion let see how it goes.

Lol I dont know whether to cry or laugh.Company has failed to hit any target it set out in guidance and every quarter has been a disappointment and you want us to believe that it is telling the truth.It looks like you have taken a gamble on these half-baked ideas which can cost you dearly as you are making things up as you go along.Any third party would need to pay off lenders first before taking this assets over and that is highly unlikely.

I would not want to believe a word this BOD says as it has always been a quarter away.Problem is if no offer is made then it is a game over .

Problem is an offer is not gauranteed, it can be 2.67 offer,it can be lower than that and there might not be an offer all all.Administration is highly likely as why would they pay shareholders when they can wipe them out.
