In my opinion there is a seller in "background" and few "p&d" merchants have managed to trap in few private investors as well.These people are not known for holding a share for more than couple of days .

Hahahaha funny that two well known "p&d" merchants have time to look for people's histories.Well both of these would say anything to get their 10% to disappear for good.

Lol their history tells that they dont "trim".Nonetheless you will move on to another share so no point.

Lombard is selling and others wont stick around to get shafted heavily.As I said if anyone wants to take a position then he/she should wait for Placing.

We know there is only one "way" they can use to raise that much and that does not bode well for shareholders.There is a seller in background and why should new investors invest when they know placing RNS can land at anytime.

Any placing has to be carried out at massive discount, may be anything upto 70%

@kong you know answer to that at someone will fund it through placing.You do have too many traders,"p&d" trying to trade it before inevitable placing.

Not really rules have changed as back in old days RTO did provide a quicker route to get listed but now a days company has to have a certain amount of cash.So if it is a cash shell with no debt then it is a worring signs as you wont have much left.It looks like a "p&d " to me as you have to be wary of "rumours " on aim.

This specific company for RTO, it looks like an attempt to "p&d" as this company is surviving on never ending placings.

There is a seller in background,however given the volatlity you will be lucky to escape with a profit as Mms will widen the gap.There will be attempts to "p&d" it but you dont want to get caught in a nasty drop.

As they they will need to raise cash certaintly.If they manage to turn it around from here share holders would be rewarded heavily but on the flip side shareholders can lose evwrything.CEO should have stepped down last year.

Placing is out of order at this price as it will wipe out existing shareholders effectively.

"P&d" groups are trying to trade it for their 10%.It is simple to spot as most would start posting after they have taken positions and would move on to next big thing.

These are worked sells, there is a seller in background who is dripfeeding these shares into market.

They need money as it would run out of money soon by the looks of it.This 380 million contract has proven to be a disaster as it looks like this company is struggling with production.
