If they are below that threshold then they cant be far off zero.Having said these sort of stocks are driven by speculation more than anything else and it is retail interest that would drive the price up/down.

As why would this share not rise when buyback is in place?

To 12.50 and looks like someone has used that volume to dump these shares onto market.A disgruntled institutional investor or someone flipping placing shares for 30% profit.

If there is indeed a seller in background then accelerating buybacks can backfire as right now most of them sells are being absorbed by buybacks.

I am not 100% sure it might be able to refinance bonds but refinancing is definitely on cards.Most of projections are based on €80/b!

Having said that this some factors were beyond RD's control.Under ideal conditions production should have increased and poo should have increased too.Unlucky for this company that both of these things have not gone that way.It is a binary bet here but refinancing is on the cards here.

Either it is being heavily traded or there is a seller in the background.With all these buybacks it should not fall.

Already trading at discount then why is it being sold at this level?
