No RNS, So seller is still around and has not gone below threshold that needs to be reported!

There is a seller in background and as long as it is around share-price is not going anywhere.As far as "P&D" crew is concerned all it is doing is providing the volume for seller to sell into.Going through RNS there are two sellers around and one of them holds 13%!

Lol this RNS tells a different story.A placing or delisting take your pick!

Seller placed a large sell order yesterday and today,so what is stopping him from placing another one tomorrow.

Too early to say that, this "seller" was supposed to go yesterday and this morning as well.It is speculation at best and nobody knows who is selling.An RNS would help.Language used in RNS today shows that something is going on.I have rarely seen an RNS of this nature that "company knows no reason of this ongoing fall" normally company releases an RNS when shsreprice increases unexpectedly.In these sort of situations management buys shares to restore market confidence.

Laura, if someone is selling these shares then there has to be a reason.RNS today is fishy as well and it looks like BOD is trying to hide something.In my opinion a placing is being worked and that has p an istitutional invester off.Despite having a profit margin of 50% this company has failed to turn a profit.

It looks like seller is playing mind games with Laura and crew, he pauses selling for sometime these lot start buying, price goes up and he resumes selling.Rinse and repeat.

We may have saved a lot of people from losing money but Laura has certaintly lost money in this.It looks like it will heavily be sold tomorrow as well.

Funny thing is Laura got in around 3p and share price has lost 80% since then but she is still "Topping up".

0.68 now and at this rate it can go to 0.5 at the end of day!

Problem is "p&d" crew lacks the buying pressure to absorb this volume.I do think many members have been stung by these in recent trades so.......

In the background besides that company would run out of money in May.Not to mention of "p&D" crew that is itching to get out.A placing or delisting RNS can land soon and that wont give existing shareholders any chance to get out!

Besides that company runs out of money in May, so a placing or delisting RNS can land any day now.

A lot depends on Debt if they can manage to refinance 2026 bonds then that would buy management some time to turn things around.Under ideal conditions price of oil should have risen and company would have increased the production.

Should they carry on with these buybacks as they shareprice keeps on falling and they could conserve this cash!

There is a reason that shares lose most of their value before delisting, it is nearly impossible to buy and sell shares in a delisted company as you need to place a sell order and broker would try to find a buyer and then price they are willimg to pay may not be one you would accept.
