Is not going anywhere.Iran has surprised everyone and looks like it can cause some serious damage.looks like Israel is trying to drag America into it to crush Iranuan resistance, problem is Iran holds some trump cards which can trigger global recession!

@Taut they will react aggressively otherwise it will give Israel a license to attack Iran whenever it wants.I hope that it ends here.

Iran cant afford to back down this time, it has backed down on last two occasions and as a resuot it has to put up with it this time.If America and European union get involved then we may see another proxy war which can be longer than we think

Lets hope that war stops soon,Iran can block strait of Harmuz or attack other soft targets.However different super powers use these sort of wars to settle their scores.

And sadly shareholders would have to accept it.Other two options are rights issue and D4E swap and both of them would leave no value for shareholders.

Mike Ashley has not confirmed it yey and any bid is highly unlikely to be above current share price.It looks like a move to rattle kamanies.

If he had received this bid he should have tabled it.Why did he reject it and this bid surfaced just before bad results,co incidence is it not?

Previous bids were real but either MM is really stupid or really cunning.He rejected a bid and share price has lost 70% since then.

Selkirk bid was not a real bid,his CEO was a good friend of MM and MM has a significant shareholding in that company.It was a ploy to pull wool over shareholder's eyes

In background who is using any volume to offload shares.

I dont see D4E personally but I do see Sidara lowering the price to a level which will be slightly better than D4E or rights issue price.However D4E is definitely one of possibilities here!

It is possibility and it has happened to other companies so why will it not happen to this company?

So we all agree that 35 is not gauranteed and offer can be lowered or withdrawn.If an offer is withdrawn would that not leave this company is a very horrible position where it will be forced to raise money through rights issue or can lenders not impose D4E as this company is not in a position to pay them off?

Buisness will survuve regardless of outcome.Even if D4E is imposed it will be buisness as usual only difference is shareholders will be wiped out.Any anger should be directed towards management as "derampers" were not running this buisness.

It is cash injection but 35 is not gauranteed, it can be lowered or an offer may not be made at all.It is in very same RNS, so saying that 35p is gauranteed is a lie.

Contracts mean nothing if you cant turn a profit as we have seen with Carillion and petrofac and besides that it will take a while before this company sees any profit from these contracts.Lenders and Sidara will decide equity value.

I cant understand if you have done your research and you are confident than no "deramping" should do any harm.I think quite a few people have invested motre than they could afford to lose and are panicking.You have got to be mad to think that a few posts on this bb can influence share price.

It is lenders who are calling shots now,any take-over bid would have to be agreed by lenders.If Sidara walks away lenders would want company to raise at-least 300-400 millions before agreeing to any refinancing and actual debt is still there.

Most of these guys dont have a clue about balance sheet,refinancing and cash level.Not so long ago someone here suggested that debt is not secured, so company does not have to worry about it.Company indicated a negative cash flow and people were drumming on about 200 million profit per year.Yesterday someone suggested that debt is trading at a discount to face value and that was a good thing.Sidara would take advantage of situation here as all other scenarios would wipe out shareholders.
