It is always hard to work out buys/sells,my guess is punter's retail money is being used to provide volume.That punter money does not stick around for a long time.

Speculative ratail money has moved into this share after that fall.My guess is one or more institutional investor is selling and retail money cant absorb that sort of volume.

Private investors are providing him with volume to dump his shares into.Looking at sizes of trade share price will collapse at some point.

And he is selling in massive tranches,so looks like private investors dont have enough buying power to absorb that sort of volume.It will be trading in low 100s by the look of it.

I have got a feeling that Health and Beauty is sector which Kamanis have set their eyes on.This company had all of ingredients to make shareholders tons of money until Kamanis got involved.Looks like they will buy it out of administration as we have useless management.

I dont think there are other interested parties, Siddara has advantage that is already working in this sector and quite a few divisions overlap so it can create synergies.If there was any other interested it would have shown its hands by now.Problem with intangible assets is they cant be valued correctly.

On a flip side this was sheer incompetence, BOD should have got refinancing done an year ago, it would have been a recovery play.Value lies in intangible assets,they must be worth something and Siddara has got bargain if they can unlock that value.

Sadly Siddara is only bidder right now, another 400 million cash injection is needed to cover administration costs and company would return to profitability in 2026( I wont hold my breath on that).Siddara's offer will determine share price and if an offer is withdrawn then share price will crash as other two scenarios would lead to equity wipeout.

No offer has been made yet but as long as it is better than rights issue and D4E swap,BOD will be minded to recommend it.One thing is for sure shareholders cant anything as suspension would be lifted once everything has been sorted.
