That 35 p offer was not a firm offer it was conditional and Siddara did indicate that it can be withdrawn or lowered.Icecool got around 60 and Bob is set to lose 63k.However market did not believe that a 35p offer would be made and before suspension it was trading at 18.5، that was more or less 50% discount.I did point out that Siddara would take advantage of situation as other options would lead to equity wipe out so as long as their offer is better than that equity wipe out it would be recommended.

I think he got in for a quick trade around 60 and could not get out.These sort of shares can be influenced through bs so he had no choice but to stay invested.It would be interesting to see whay Siddara would offer, my guess is it is between 15 and 20.

You have got to be stupid to think that any post here would make any difference to shareprice.This is not illquid aim stock that can be pumped and dumped through bs.I did predict that Siddara's offer is around 35p when all of you were throwing some crazy numbers.However you should have known what end game moment you saw tgat clause that this offer can be lowered.Results contain some nasty surprises and Siddara is taking advantage of that.Shareholderds would have to choose between equity wipe out,D4E swap and Sidara's offer (15-20 in my opinion).

Problem is it is pointless arguing with you, company wont make any profit this year and is hoping to be cash positive in 2026.So how will it fund administration costs and what will happen to debt repayment?Far too many unknowns.Lenders would require company to raise money before agreeing to any refinancing and that would wipe out equity holders.Second option would be D4E swap and that would wipe out shareholders too!

@icecool any deal would need to be approved by lenders and that 450 million was required by lenders to apptove any takeover.Company does not have any money to pay lenders and it already has breached debt convenants.

Well that if it withdraws its offer alternative would be equity wipe out, therefore there was no need to pay 35 when it can pay lower and that would be recommended by BOD.
