Too early to say that,it looks like speculative money is driving the share price.However we will see, there is no rish to produce any oil without gaurantees/agreement.

This will take a while to sort out these issues, these companies wont start production until they have new agreements and gaurantees in place.Before money used to be split between KRG and Iocs but right now it has to be split between Iocs,KRG and Iaqi federal goverment, one or both sides have to compensate KRG!

Of in-going uncertainty, this will be dragged down to placing price if not below that.Management has no regard for shareholders whatsoever.

Turkey wont pay that fine out of its own pocket and wanted a new agreement not so long ago.These companies want gaurantees and new agreements before restarting any production.I am not sure what what current production cost is it used to be $8/10 and at $30 company is still making $20/22 per barrel by selling this oil in local market, so there is no rush to pump it through this pipeline for $16.

It is not as simple I am afraid, without any agreement goverment would determine how and when they will pay.Oil companies had agreement with KRG only.It will be interesting to see how KRG would be compensated for giving up its own share and who will foot the bill.

This company would need money to expand production and these arrears would need to be cleared.Besides that another issue that stalled the deal was idw

Identifying a mechanism and structure through which payments will be made.From what I can see there is no incentive for these companies to give in to these demands until debt arrears are cleared.

I guess it is same old story, oil producers want gaurantees that they will be paid for production and arrears will be paid too.

Payments I guess,I read an article which stated that oil companies can sell their oil in local market for 30 dollars per barrel,where as they would only get 16 if they sell is through pipeline.

This was trading at a very high P/E ratio and ran out of steam.Market would rerate it accordingly.

Company has to justify this.It has been trading at P/E ratio of 20.If numbers are not good then market would punish it.

Laura's break-even price is around 20, but multiple "p&d" groups were pumping it over weekend.Herd will move on at some stage and Laura will pick up pieces.

Due to notoriety Laura has got fellow crew members to "p&d" it as private investers have been burnt in some many "p&d" that Laura's "p&d" dont work anymore.

Well these people tend to target illiquid shares,which can be easily pumped and dumped and sometimes that strategy can backfire.Laura is desperate to get out as this company could raise money if new buisness does not come through.

Holding a share more than couple of days if not hours.10% profit and off they go.Only exception is Laura he has gone all in to recoup his money.
