Can absorb selling pressure،highly unlikely when you have gazillion of shares about to hit the market.At some point mug punters would give up once they realise that they cant move the share price. and that would be end of it.

At some point volume would dry up and share price would collapse like it did over last few days.Selling pauses for a time to let punters back in and then it starts again.Speculation drove the price up in first place.

Company has to justify this valuation.It looks like warrant holders and some others people have made a lot of money while punters have been taken in for a rough ride here.Even at 5p warrant holders will make 25%.All buyers here are doing is giving warrant holders chance to offload their shares for 800% profit.

Meanwhile private investers are being trapped here, they pause selling for a while to let punters in and selling resumes.Chart is mirroring Met1 chart and they had similar deals.There is no buisness model here.

By the looks of it as it looks like warrant holders are convering.At this price they are set to make over 800% profit.Speculation drove the price up and now looks like company will need to prove that it has potential.A few people are trying to "p&d" it but there is no chance when seller has unlimited supply of shares

Oil companies are only getting 25% of total revenue and rest is going to Iraqi Federal government,KRG and Turkey.That is not an ideal situation to be in.Company had adapted a prudent "wait and see " policy.

Other oil companies are not going to chase arrears while Dana petroleum does not want to do it.Secondly it wanted new PSC agreement in place.Other oil companies have taken a gamble which may or may not pay off!

KRG will have funds to pay Dana,that is loads of bs.Federal government of Iraq is dealing with it now and Dana petroleulm wanted for clarify this before moving forward.Why will KRG pay when it is no longer incharge?

Genel is not going to sell its oil to iraqi government for time being.Until arrears are cleared .It looks like company is adapting wait and see policy.

So all of these companies are chasing money but why have only DNO released this RNS while others have decided to restart production?Another problem I see is that oil can be sold in local market for $30 while production cost is $8.2 that leaves company with $21.8 profit.Why would it accept $16?

So why would DNO/Genel release this RNS if terms and conditions of previous PSC are valid?It looks like 8 companies are not going to chase arrears provided they get paid for current production while money owed to DNO is far bigger than money owed to remaining 8 companies.If Iraqi federal goverment is serious about resolving this matter why did it not sign new PSC as it is dealing with this now.

There have been few other companies like this Angle, feedback and thruvision.They looked amazing with tons of potential but failed to make money and have been serial failures.

Not really in my opinion company will need to pump in more money to increase production and without any payment plan and gaurantees it is a risk.Previous agreement they had was with KRG and that is not valid anymore.Why would iraqi federal government not sort out these issues if it is serious about this?

That issue needs sorting out I am afraid.DNO wants gaurantees that historical arrears would be paid and has to determine who will pay them KRG or Iraqi Federal government.
