Assuming that they have gotten used to plant, I would expect these lot to expand production but wait and see.Total debt is 93 million and asset and circuit cost these guys 140 million.What I am angry about is that BOD let things get this far, debt restructuring should have been sorted before.

Assuming that all in all cost of producing an ounce is 730, 50 k would cost them 36.5 , they have to pay interest payment of 0.43 million every quarter and 6 million principal debt.That leaves them with very little money to meet day to day running costs such as staff salaries , bills and aim fees.BIOX system needs maintenace as well.It would be safe to say that these lot are not making money if annual production is 50k.

Only invest whatever you could afford to lose.if they manage to restructure the debt then I expect it to reach 2 to 3 in no time.I do think that these lot wont let it to year end.We would hear something by the end if next week.Either way we would find out.

At best it could be described as a punt as if they manage to sort out their financial mess somehow then this company is really attractive given their current production is 45/48k ounces per year at all in all cost of (730) per ounce which may have gone up.Production can be expanded to 100k , asset is estimated to have 1.3 million ounces of gold with a mine life of 10 years.Downside as usual is production halts due to various technical reasons and incompetent management.

They can call company into administration but senior lenders HSBC/Paribas are not getting paid either as they are only getting interest payments, company needs to pay them 35 million on 31 January , they have been deferring the payments.Major shareholders have provided 6 millions on the condition that all of these payments are replaced with a mezzannie style debt facility.

Yes, that is the risk here.Giving a deadline was not a really good move in my opinion, two conclusions be drawn that BOD is confident that something positive could be achieved or lenders gave them ultimatumn.Depending on how you look at it.

By the way , I am looking to increase my holding because I expect that you guys would start selling soon, once you have realized that you cant p&d this one and move onto other stocks.That woukd give me even better price.

I did post yesterday that I dont think debt restructuring would occur shortly however major shareholders would lend company some money.

Stfu ,It is called integrity and who would lend me money to short an aim share, I am invested but I cant let p&d crew to sucker in new investors with their lies to ramp some next share.

You can trust BOD, who has been saying same thing for three years but cant trust me.I feel sorry for your guys though you thought you have an illiquid share which you can p&d and move on to others but now some of you are sitting on massive losses.

They were is discussions with senior lenders to restructure debt facility in 2016, in 2017 and now in 2018 as well.Guess what, it has not happened yet.How can we trust BOD when share price has lost 80% value in 8 months and company is on the verge of financial ruin.

please go through RNS history and you would see how long company has been working to put this facility in place.s I said it is always worth to go through RNS before you come up with such a thing.

Whatever I am writing is taken out of RNS, company cant default by its own admission and they are not generating enough money to meet their debt obligations.Now I cant join p&d crew and say how good this company is so that I can get out with a hefty profit to p&d next share.I was here before this thursday and feel free to discuss any figures you want me to go through.
