I feel sorry for all the people who lost money.But 1p recommended offer was enough to determine people but after RNS on 14 and 15 it was Crystal clear that sale is going to proceed.Countless times I have seen people losing their pensions in shares , if you are going to invest in stock market at least spread the risk and don't invest in one share

Please go through RNS dated 15 Feb , a recommended offer on 11 January would proceed.

BOD has recommended this offer, which means that it thinks it is best offer at present and from tomorrow they won't even need shareholder's approval so a done deal in my opinion.Unless I am missing something .They should suspend trading

Having said that I was looking to take a position here at 16 but decided to avoid it in favour of other shares.Glad I did as I would be sitting on 90% loss now.It is first time I have seen this happening.

I want to see how it pans out, a company that had premium slots worth hundreds of millions has been sold for 2.2 million plus 90 million debt.Debt was there last year as well when 40 p offer was rejected.

I would have thought that people are buying in anticipation that shareholders would reject this deal and a better offer would come but they updated market on 14 and 15 and that made it clear that shareholder's approval is not needed. I am shocked that no action is being taken against bod as they were there to protect shareholder's interests .

This deal should have been approved by shareholders but that is not happening.

somebody want to buy flyb shares at 1.82 when a 1p offer has been accepted ?Previously I thought they would need shareholders approval but after 15 January update it looks like that is not needed and this deal is done.Unless I am missing something.

Shareholders have been shafted by BOD, these lot had some valuable premium slots at some major airports which alone were worth hundreds of millions of pounds and BOD is accepting 2.2 million if you include 90 million debt then it would be 92 million.They rejected an offer of 44 last year and have accepted this.Something is not right , shareholders should fight this.

Don't think they can suspend it.

I still can't understand flybe takeover bid they had some valuable slots which were worth more than 100 million debt they had but having a 1 p offer is a joke.They rejected 44p offer last year .Something is not right there.

MA is only one who can put deb out of this position and that is only if he wants to.Debenhams has lost 90% value in one year.Market capital is 37 million and their annual profit is about 32 million.

It is priced to go bust at this price , they would talk to their lenders to present a restructure plan and depending on that we would hear.There are two theories about MA he can try to take over deb at current price or higher or could force it into administration to buy it out of administration.If goes for second option he can talk to landlords and dictate his terms.

MA wants debenhams to go into administration so that he can renegotiate lease terms to get better deal like he did when he bough hof out of administration.Debenhams debt is 282 million it's Danish operation is worth about 100 million.

I would say and then pile in , right now it has a potential diagnostic tool, which if proven right, has potential to be used in every study and cancer diagnosis and for the starter could tap into 8 billion dollars market which is expected to grow exponentially but key study to prove that is due to be concluded by Q1.

It is still a good 5 months away, company has tons of potential but it would be prudent to wait for shareprice to settle first.
