We will have to wait for an update, first half results were good, looks like some parts of buisness have gained 40% more buisness.Company should have released an eoy statement to at least reassure us.Right now we are waiting for eoy statement, confirmation that two institutional sellers have sold off and confirmation that they have reached an agreement with pension trustees.

Other nomad is carrying out due diligence for three weeks and still has not decided.We will find out soon .

It is aim and I have seen many many frauds in my trading years.So we will find out soon, as I said it may be genuine .

Think there is no point in arguing, EUA could be a total fraud as you say because it took them two months to confirm who they were in discussions with and that happened after some people contacted banks and they denied having any knowledge of meeting eua.It could be a genuine deal.

Hi Amers, sorry to hear about your loss, it sounds like you were a victim of "p&d" and if you dig around you will find out that there are loads of people in same situation as you. There are some well known p&d merchants on Twitter and these are ones you need to look out for.I wish you make your money back.

It was 29.1 million last year and increased due to gender equality ruling which added extra 3 millions and then some corporate rating but was surprised to see it around 51 million,although since then company has paid 5 millions towards it.We will find out soon in eoy statement .

I did think, that institutional sellers had sold and moved on last week, but we had some low volume days followed by heavy selling, so there are sellers about but I guess they have not got that many shares left .

Year end was supposed to be end of March and thought that CEO left because pension trustees wanted to bring in new management.But things are taking longer than I expected and I have got a feeling that pension deficit has increased due to global meltdown.Company was due to release EOY statement this month and that has been delayed as well.Two institutional investors are selling and that is not helping either.Operationally company is in much better position than last year as all three divisions are profitable but we have to wait and see , as company has appointed interim CEO and if he was to conclude talks with pension trustees then it will take sometime.

They should have told us via Rns that results wont be released in this week, RNS on 30 March was opaque, where they stated that are considering delaying the results day but it was not hundred percent yes or no .

No, iis have finished selling since Tuesday morning and now it looks like fruustrated private investors bailing.I was expecting an RNS today or tomorrow regarding iis.

Think people are panicking due to lack of communication.But I have got a feeling we will hear something soon.

To those who held it, I was out of oilies due to general oil meltdown.This share fell from £2 and market was worried about its financial health.Now it is in really strong position and still have kenyan assets for sale.

Thst is a possibility there, but their creditors are their pension trustees and dont think they will pull the plug yet but they might do.Compsred to last year company is in really solid position as it has three profitable buisnesses which are expected to make about 10/12 million profit this year and delivering solid year on year growth.

Think institutional investors owned 60% of company , so peel hunt and lakestreet owned about 21%, so other institutional investors still own 40% between them.

I have to go by volume being shown by lse and advn and check nex as well for any trade.Now as I have said earlier selling volume has dried and kind of tiny sells we are seeing dont seem to be institutional investors. There is no trade on NEX. We can draw two conclusions that sellers dont have more shares left or they are waiting for volume but in last two weeks they have been selling relentlessly regardless of price and volume.If they have sold out we will be notified within three days. Duroc owns 13% , so if they are buying or selling they should notify us via RNS like Peel hunt and lakestreet.Sellers have been selling 500000 shares everyday or 33k worth since 8 April , it could be more or less but I have been watching these and matching these via dummy buys/sells.Now all of sudden in past two days we have only 9.3k worth of sells and before they were selling 120000 shares, 100000, 250000 and 150000 shares, go through sells yesterday and today and you will find out that there was only one 120000 sell yesterday .All of these figures are guesswork as I still dont know how many more shares institutional investors have to sell but I have to go by volume .

Problem is this has been illiquid stock and very small volume is needed to move it.In the morning I tried a dummy sell and was offered 6.50, then two mintues later they offered me 6.20 and then they offered me 6.356.Then we had two buys 4k buy at 6.47 and one buy at 6.5 and since then sell price has been stable at 6.5101.If these were institutional sellers we will see big sells but volume is not there and that leads me to believe that these are private investors.

Think institutioonal sellers are not selling since yesterday morning, they were selling in blocks of 150000, 100000, and 120000 blocks and that has stopped since yesterday motning.Now it is private investors who are bailing to make money somewhereelse.

One more thing pension defecit may have increased further due to current maket melt down, but company has gained 40% more buisness in some areas.

Hi Wig, you need to update your figures as when they sold wipac some money was paid to reduce pension defecit and over-draft facilities.So right now company has about 70 million liabilities , it is generating about 12 million annual profit and has three profitable buisnesses.
