They announced that agreement with pension trustees is expected to be concouded by the end of Financial year, which was end of March, however CEO resigned two weeks ago.May be agreement is closer and pension trustees want to bring in new management as company witnessed disaster share value erosion under previous management. Under previous agreement company was paying 2.7 million annually , it has to go up and has to be affordable.So it could be 4 millions.

Results are due to be landed soon and we will get full picture, I am still surprised that they have not RNSd it and investors found out about additional buisness via media. Right now, an agreement with pension trustees could be a huge step forward and would remove any uncertainty regarding future of company.

Yes, most people sold as it was a common assumption that current global meltdown may have led to an increased pension defecit, but right now we have found out that they have gained sufficient buisness .But it comes down to pension short-fall and if they reach an agreement with pension trustees.

It is pension defecit that has driven the price down as it stood at 45/46 millions, company was making 2.5 million yearly payment and that has to go up.It could go upto four million per year or even more.

Than Corona, company was looking to renegotiate its lending facilities, on top of that pension defecit was 45 millions.They got rid of loss making wipac unit and other two buisnesses made 8 millions profit in first six months if I remember quickly and they had some exceptional costs as well.Given that current performance is better than first half then company is looking at making about 12 million profit this half. Pension shortfall was 45 millions and it might have increased and lending facilities were 21 millions. If company can reach an agreement with pension trustees where it could reduce pension defecit by making reasonable yearly installments then it is in really good position as you have a solid buisness producing 12/16 million yearly profit.

Release this info via RNS, however they have to release an end of year results this month so we could have some information in that.Company is currently talking to its pension trustees and if an agreement is reached then it could be really cheap as company sold its loss making wipac unit last year and other two divisions are really solid profit making businesses.

Company has finished as pension defecit may have increased due to global melt down, but looks like company is gaining more buisness and could be in better position.

Update market on its strategy as it looks like without government assistance it is bankrupt and it was trying to raise 1/1.5 billions in March. Equity has no value at this point .Right now future of Intu depends on duration of corona virus and how quick retail recovers from it.

You coukd be right but I reckon you can make decent money out of stock market if you play it right. People with diverse portfolios tend to do it better.I still cant believe that people who have 300k invest it all in one stock and Mrd you have been investing for nearly thirteen years if I am not wrong.

Directors resignation was a red flag but decided to avoid it before that I was trading it as it would get down to 700 level and would go up to 800.But I feel sorry for investors, if it was a 20,40, 50 or 60% loss they could have made it back as market right now offers some great bargains.However suspension killed any chance of getting any money back.

Take-over offers were fake I have got a feeling and one of " interested" parties denied any take over interest, however all lf it done to allow shetty and co sell their stakes.

Shareholders have lost everything , got a feeling that they have wasted 6 weeks on a purpose and fraudsters have been allowed to cover up their tricks. Banks would get some part of their money back and investors wont get anything.

When two directors resigned it was a big red flag, however they released Freeh report of part of it after market hours and suspended trading in the morning.If they had released it in the morning it would have given investors a chance to get out.

They had no choice but to suspend it. It is not the end and 90% of investors lose their entire portfolio atleast once.

I am not too sure that tlw would hit 8 or 9 as it has already lost more than 90% in eight months.So to me this level is bottom but we will see. As far as price of oil is concerned, I dont see it going anywhere until end of may.

But it indicates how oil price can be shifted within blink of an eye, it was up by nearly 33% at one point.
