Lets see who is right, outcome would be same tomorrow , day after or next week.Acoording to company there is no gaurantee that prototype would reach comercialization stage .Company was surviving through placing and is a lifestyle company .They have jumped on "covid 19 " bandwagon to raise some more money.

Some poor bloke put put 18k in this and dont know if he should hold/sell.Would be a really expensive lesson for him, these tend of shares depend on volume , which has gone.Tomorrow some blokes would "average down" and rest is history.

May have realised but I am sorry to say that guys who bought in at the top are victims of "p&d" orchestrsted by a few on twitter.This share has risen from 0.5 to 9.5 on nothing but hot air.So it was being promoted on twitter to entice new investors in .it was being dumped while newbies were buying and now p&d crew has moved on to other shares, while newbies have been left behind holding baby.

Problem is that are another two months without news and that is no good when we have three institutional investors selling .They started selling on April 6, when share price was 9 and since then it has lost almost 50% value.This update should have got some more informations.I think two peel hunt and lakestreet have sold their holdings and we should have an update soon, but not sure about shcroders as they sold 0.8% last year and dont know what they will do.If Schroders want to sell all of their holding then I dont know where will share price be.I am out for now and would come back when they reach an agreement with pension trustees.

What sort of revenue is that going to generate for company?If you dont mind me asking .

They have mentioned no numbers and have pushed results day into July/August, talks with pension trustees were meant to be concluded by the end of March and they still have finalized talks.

Company has not given any number but it looks like that results for previous year are in line with expectations. Corona has impacted productivity in first quarter but company received government funding where it was available , may be in UK and America .

Company has operations in different countries of the world , so dont know if they can get the funding off government.Share price is here due to lack of news and two institutional investors selling their holdings .I have got a feeling that Peel hunt and Lakestreet have finished selling and dont have any more shares to sell. Schroders have started selling as well but last year they sold 0.8% in February and stopped selling anymore, so I am not sure what they will do this time .We need an update on buisness, on negotiations with pension trustees and institutional investors.

I have seen some turn around scenarios, a good example woukd be metals exploration where company had capacity to produce 25000 ounces of gold per quarter but due to incompetent management they couod not hit half of that.It was facing financial ruin and lenders brought in new management which turned it around. Carclo has witnessed some worst value destruction under previous management , wipac was supposed to be a money spinner and it had initial success but it took on new contracts which it could not deliver and instead of making money out of these contracts , company was losing money.In last set of results wipac was supposed to have 50 millions worth of assets but whole division was sold for 12 millions if I am not wrong and it nearly brought the company down.So I anticipated that creditors would want to see previous management go before any agreement and a new management would be brought in to turn things around.Right now all three divisions are profitable.

I would say that if they can sort out pension deficit then company is really cheap or they can get trustees to agree on a reasonable yearly contribution . They have been talking to them since December and these talks were to be concluded by the end of March.Some developments indicate that agreement may be closer than we think as I think previous CEO was asked to leave because trustees want to bring in new management . Equity is worth around 3.5/4 millions due to all of this material uncertainty sorrounding company.

I would disagree as institutional sellers whenever they sell can be spotted by the volume or trade size.But I can understand where are you coming from.This is how carclo used to behave before institutional investors started selling a few trades used to move price up/down and that is how it is behaving over last few days.I am just waiting for confirmation.

On the other hand sp is behaving strangely over past few days, every buy/sell is driving the price up/down and volume has dried up.I am still waiting for Tr1 RNS regarding institutional sellers , they were selling 400000/500000 shares per day and had 9400000 to sell so should have taken them 20/22 days to sell all of these shares assuming that they have not sold any shares on 7 April which I think they did .

We will see as few updates that I was expecting have taken longer than I expected, but a few developments are indicating that company is working towards these and these might not be far away.

It is a buisness that is making 10/12 million yearly profit, however if you can time your entry it has potential to be a "multibagger".But not without risks though pension deficit is a problem here.

We will have to wait for an update, first half results were good, looks like some parts of buisness have gained 40% more buisness.Company should have released an eoy statement to at least reassure us.Right now we are waiting for eoy statement, confirmation that two institutional sellers have sold off and confirmation that they have reached an agreement with pension trustees.

Other nomad is carrying out due diligence for three weeks and still has not decided.We will find out soon .

It is aim and I have seen many many frauds in my trading years.So we will find out soon, as I said it may be genuine .
