Not really I have derived these informations from company's accounts and RNS. Go through RNS and you will see that I am right.

On 31 January company raised 150000 through placing, on 26 March it took out 153K loan at 11% interest and then raised 300k through placing.Actual liabilities are there so money raised is not being used to pay off existing debt.So that means that company is burning through 150 k a month and 300k raised wont long last.But hang on a mintue actual revenue is 102k , so most of money raised through placings and debts is being spent on wages.Not a lifestyle company is it?

On top of that he has uncovered many frauds over the years, remember quindell.But I have gone through company's accounts and whatever he is saying is true.Company wont publish its results until 30 June.

There is an article By Tom Winnifrith on sp, I assumed that company has no liabilities but I have found out that company has £1.2 million worth of liabilities and cash level is 300k.But company's cash burn is 700k and is likely to go up as two new members are joining bod in June .How would company pay these liabilities when it is not making any money ?yes, you guessed it right, through placings and that means share price is only going down.

You do know that these lot issued warrants at 1.25 for every two placing shares.Immunity passport is not so effective when NHS has an app already and there are thousands of people trying to create similar apps. I was surprised to see them twitterati promoting wsg on twitter, they seem to have gone quiet about wsg since yesterdday. I like this company nonetheless , I did think their aiport buisness would be affected but fever detection sales can offset any lost revenue.Too many unknowns but results could be interesting if they have gained more buisness since April and they seem to have won more contracts!
