I will become a shareholder here but refuse to buy 1 share this side of £1 and if sub £1 comes as I expect I won't be rushing to buy at 99p either.

4th August is a massive date for all with Bank of England possibly raising the base rate another 0.5% instead of 0.25% ethier increase will be painful and July having already been and gone by then.

I have money ready to invest and will watch with interest as really want to make £4,000 profit out of TUI shares.

Another investment looking like it will takes years to get my 71p average back.

GDR like so many are just MM's play things to make money on.
Fundementals don't go far anymore.

Sentiment thanks to boards like this and Twitter are easy to drive by even just one poster for others to throw their agreed opinions in.

This board are cleaver and not the bit slightest concern for the long term holders. When THEY need to they will promote the company, probably have loop holes to stay legal to make from rise and falls (not fact, just my opinion)

Think I just need to switch off from looking for rest of this week.

Seeing the 5% rise for no apparent reason, adds to our frustration with GDR only to know the likelihood it will finish flat on the day, so again MM and traders paradise.

The clock keeps ticking and unbelievably we are now only 39 days away from September 2022.

So an update shouldn't be too far away, good or Bad.

I do try to stay away from these boards but with work going quite it's all too tempting to keep checking! Lol.

Best of luck all holders, I feel the same waiting pain as everyone else.

4th August will be very interesting day if rates raise 0.5% or worse 0.75%, Sub £1 will come sooner.

Half way through TUI's best month already and the 6 weeks holidays will fly past sadly for TUI.

I will think about buying in the low 90p area.

People will care, As that is the problem.

Nobody is protected this time. Most people had their boosters before Christmas so it's waned off.

As for Government keeping a close eye for everyone, WHAT government? They are all too bothered about being the next leader.

GDR is really in a very strong position from here until Christmas time and beyond.

Covid is back and it's beginning to bite hard.

Imo, Tui will be a bargain buy but not until spring 2023 the earliest and certainly not above £1

I would hold back if wanting to hold long term, but if trading for 10p gain here and there then do so, today would be ok to buy but I would get out if it hit £1.58p and do the same again.

I can't believe anybody would have bought in yesterday knowing this would have happened today, with the rate increase.
If I'm honest I'm surprised they only went for 0.25% Increase.

More rate rises coming. Less spending power for the majority of people.

Pharmas are the stock to research and potentially invest if thinking long term.

So USA raise there interest rate by 0.75%!

Highest one day rise for nearly 30 years.

Our turn tomorrow. If the bank of England raise interest rates by more that 0.25 % over here, which they now may do then not just TUI but everything is going to tank tomorrow.

I get no pleasure from being right on this one, As I may begin to invest around 80p and try to get back some of my expected compensation that I never got back.

Been seeing this for a while. Tui have always treated thier customers with discontent unless you want a top holiday and they can't do enough for you.

Personal feelings for this company aside, I can only see the SP going one way, with more difficulties ahead for the industry not just Tui.

It's a bizarre post from me having been in GKP from July 2010 to sell out last November.

But I am strangely happy to see GKP begin to show what it will hopefully continue doing.

I really hope everyone who has been in since those days and still are, get everything they deserve and GKP continues the divi payments and share price keeps going.

I'm happy that It is beginning to look like I may be proved right all along with GKP from friends and family members, even though I needed the money for something else, life happens! And I won't benefit, lol.

The very best to all GKP holders really happy to see it get past £3 and that you are getting regular Divi payments. Those who took advantage of the OO are slowly seeing their losses shrinking and hopefully going in the green in the not too distant future.
