Which wasn't communicated properly before.. In June 2014 at a general meeting the Company was granted authority to issue 393,770,617 shares. So the reason for the consolidation is that Darwin will no longer accept shares below 1p for obvious reason..the EGM in June agreed the extra shares but were investors aware of this at the time? People who are stuck in KEA do have options but from a rubbish perspective, due to how the company is run..

You sold out before me & have agreed with my conclusions on this project..it is tough to lose money but with KEA it's a rich mans toy so if you want to be involved you need deep pockets..wait then watch & see what happens, after the share consolidation & fresh rounds of dilution to 'keep the show on the road' big cash is required here to fuel the KEA fire which requires a lot of stoking up..

Read the final report properly for clarification. I've read it, so i know & understand what is happening here & what is in the post for KEA investors..all my posts are factual & SP above reflects this since I sold @ 0.9p, some 66.66% ago..

I have explained my reasons for being here & am currently invested elsewhere, so thanks for the concern. I am not now looking to invest here but curious as to how things unwind..may take a small punt 1m shares or so if I make profit elsewhere but at the moment staying away from buying as this clearly has much lower to go..

thoroughly, there is talk of other areas where cash is needed ie 2D MAUKA, plant & machinery etc etc..it looks to me if you include the shortfall on income from oil production, then more likely £4m is required.. I wonder how many director buys will land?

you have been warned for years..now you are witnessing first hand how wealth destruction & or wealth transfer works as IRGS & the gang spend or spent all our money..

You would want to be in KEA Monday morning.. The Group is defending claims brought against Kea Petroleum Holdings Limited and two operating subsidiaries by NRG Drilling Limited. Kea has taken legal advice and accordingly considers that it has strong defences to the claims and will vigorously defend them. An unfavourable outcome to the litigation could have a material adverse effect on the Company's financial position.

placing, IRGS has already hinted at this in his report so allow at least 20% costs for them plus any delays increases cashburn as they carry on with the spending.. The emoluments of the highest paid director were £257,000 (2013: £303,000) Way too high for me, £21,500 a month..

because triple digit oil figures can't be relied on when crude is sat at circa $80..hibernation will only be an option if KEA starts behaving within micro cap costs, instead of BP style extravagance.. everyone believes what he says, when in the real world the opposite couldn't be more true..the people who have held the faith have been brushed away with disregard, unless of course they have the stomach & lots more cash to bring to the table for more of the same from the big hitter Gowrie, who famously finds oil but in his narcissistic, extravagant & sloppy approach to running KEA, manages to bring the whole company to it's knees in his wake.. 'Crushingly horrific, expensive & disappointing scenario' KEA it would seem, is blessed with good assets but regrettably afflicted with bad management..

The only way IRGS will get any attention now is if he puts a couple of million quid in himself or the choke is taken off PUKA 1 & 2 with better flow rates which will lift the SP. If he manages to get another company involved quickly, on one of his deals then it will take about 6 months to a year to progress..

sorry for O/T, there's lots of cheap shares out there its just picking the winners..not looking at any oil shares yet as heavy in MPLE which is ethanol & has got merger news due..

the people running the company are used to the high life too much. IRGS is enjoying Champagne with lemonade pockets & the PI is footing the bill..too much inaction leads to sloppy workmanship & all these new prospects is just plate spinning when they should focus on PUKA, get that sorted & paying all the bills & then look to diversify..
