does not involve wildcat drills, the monies should have all been spent on bringing the 6 drill production station online..gor christ sake he spent $4.5 on mercury 3D which all went down the toilet..Lazy & sly in the last 2 years knowing full well what he wanted to happen with whats left..can't all be mistakes & bad luck..they find oil commercially & the whole lot stinks if you ask me..a real travesty os justice..
Late nite rant over..
Watch the last video IRGS starred in, AJBell productions I believe..then you will realise that IRGS wants to take it private..he said the bod couldn't get involved with the fund raise but railed to point out the fact they could loan the monies to KEA..the rest is history, there may be a bit of something left for shareholders..but only a bit..
Who feel it neccessary to keep removing posts need to have quiet word with themselves..everything I have predicted has come true..others who are still ramping are living in wishful thinking land £50m spent & gone..suspended pending administration..
dropped..it seems that way as my last post hasn't been withdrawn..wonder where Da_Gee has vanished to? Or was he Da_Gowrie in disguise haha..
.
people will be kicking the door down to get in..last time it shot up to 1.4p in a flash..
Have been flagged up for 6 months..IRGS will take it private & there will nothing left for shareholders..
on this one..decent little company with good revenues & a smart portfolio of media..yes theres debt but at circa £1m m/cap should yeild a nice result if the takeover goes ahead..
to see what company owners do & don't do in the interests of shareholders..
Ready for news..
but where are the crowds though Ian?..'I think it's a helluva great opportunity, I really do & I will be supporting it personally as I am one of the largest shareholders' but no commitment to any personal funds for the project Ian, or any of the other Directors? Lead by example it it's such a 'helluva great opportunity'..the rest of course is a hoot listen & watch the full interview below..loving the new hairdo Ian 'It's the new curtains look my hairdresser tells me' h'mm could be curtains all round for KEA petroleum soon, especially if there isn't much appetite for the 300,000,000m placing.. http://www.brrmedia.com/event/138406/ian-gowrie-smith
Living in their psychology of previous investment, & their cash which has officially disintegrated into two white rabbits & a guinea pig because their KEA shares are worthless now..
As marve correctly pointed out last nite..why didn't he loan the company the money, in the video he says him being a director obstructed him from primary bids, so why loan the money..of course the answer is obvious but I wouldn't be expecting any windfalls from the 'fire sale'..
After litigation, debts, outstanding costs & wages, outstanding rents on 3 property lease's etc etc etc there won't be much left after IRGS has fire sold the assets to himself or his mates' I shouldn't wonder..
for a little bit of something for shareholders as IRGS will want some return on his shareholding and he won't want to leave a cloud behind him but it will be little & expecting anything much more, would be going down the wishful thinking route all over again..
Looking like good value again at 0.5p..
It was a raw deal for long term investors if primary bids failed..this is now the raw deal bit he spoke of..
anyone who has done due diligence or has been around this share, understands the problems & the sheer cheek of the management involved..the bank holiday is merely a stay of execution for the inevitable abyss their cash will end up..
