Just to confirm the deadline for the TEO to be presented to the Gov is the 1st December 'RNS dated 16th Sep 2019'

What I did forget is the TEO deadline was a negotiable deadline set by AMC themselves.

Amur Minerals (LON:AMC) is to accelerate its production plans after the issue of the "Detailed Exploration and Mine Production Licence" for the Kun-Manie nickel copper sulphide deposit.

The licence requires detailed exploration and pre-production plans, called the "Proekt", to be approved by the Russian government by 1 December.

These plans have already been completed and submitted for approval, Amur said. A pre-production evaluation has to be presented by 1 December 2020 with a mining plan no later than 1 June 2022.

Amur added that these are previously negotiated deadlines and it wants to move into production quicker than this schedule."

I am less cynical the JB, or maybe just plain stupid, but I think AMC's plans had to change; exploration uncovered more stuff, separate copper concentrate, Ikenskoe-Sobolevesky becoming one reserve, price of nickel wasn't the most attractive, realisation of EV, no one uses chequebooks anymore. All this information needs to be in the TEO or AMC cannot mine and more importantly make money out of it.

Has AMC played it well? we will find out in the next few years.

I doubt the public will ever have full access to the full TEO document, I suspect it is for a select group of people only. Similar to the full PFS which is hundreds of pages long, we were not privy to it.

We will get exec summary/abridged version.

Hello Dellboy, I know it is a BB board, but hopefully, you noticed my tongue is firmly planted in cheek with my chart commentary summary.

PS: I am no expert at TA as actual experts of TA can probably tell and I am not taking the p*ss out of TA users either.

As a private investor, the odds are already stacked against us therefore, I am trying to learn and understand TA techniques and investigate whether it is a useful tool to investing.

To judge the authenticity of TA its probably a good idea for me to learn it.

1- Yellow line support holding, if we drop below the yellow line we could see 1.7/1.62-
2- Short term downtrend broken + Hammer candlestick, an indication of a trend reversal? conformation needed. Crossroads between down vs uptrend.
3- Resistance at 1.94 needs to be broken then we start testing the blue line and see if we can break 2.
4- Volume higher than last few months (interest is picking up) this is probably due to recent news events and anticipation of further news
5- MA showing a midterm upward trend

So in summary, we could go up or down but probably sideways!!

If the yellow support trend is maintained, then we could start testing the 2s. I think this will happen sooner than the charts show as anticipation of the TEO will push this up and the blue line will be tested.

Some have mentioned that the submission deadline for the TEO to the Russian Gov is December 1st.

I am not sure that is correct, I know why some may think that because RNS Number: 3205Y dated 31st Dec 2019.
“The TEO is a priority task for the Company going forward and its completion and submission to the State Committee on Reserves ("GKZ") is due in December 2020. “

@ 10.39 they talk about a report that needs to be presented to the Russian government robin says the deadline is 2021 but he has issued a company deadline of December 2020.

In addition, in the latest RNS and interviews, Adam states the TEO report will be completed by 1st December 2020.

"given just how important the metal price is to the final outcome of any study and how risk averse banks are. It looks like it took HZM approx 2 years to convert Araguaia PFS to a BFS? (October 2016 RNS No : 3892L to October 2018 RNS No: 3672F). The funny thing to note is they do not call it a Bankable Feasibility Study in their RNS's, thus I am making an assumption here.

So one year may be on the optimistic side?

fendorio is bang on here, and for what it is worth, having Rob Marsden seated on the Boards of Nathan River Resources and NRR Group Pte Ltd, goes some way of protecting AMC investment! (how much I am not sure but better than not having someone there)

Sorry to jump in but it was me who said that the 'loan is safe' Well I think it is 'safer 'than when we did not have the extra 10m. It also indicates that someone has a little bit of confidence in the project.

For me NRR is to build equity to help finance KM. Hopefully when NRR does float in the stock market in 3 years time stage 2 will be up and running with the help of the 10m then NRR will be worth more than what it is today.

You correctly mentioned that we have in essence been diluted already to avoid dilution in the future, would you say this has been priced in already in the share price?

To add, and so many have said this like Sageman, CBS and others the end goal is KM, to me it's a means to an end. It was implemented for so many levels, Appease institutions and banks? quick cash flow, heck if we are unhappy with the dilution in NRR we can just not convert and get our money back.

Correct me if I am wrong but we still haven't converted CLN yet and therefore no dilution has actually occurred for AMC in regards to the NRR investment. The 14% interest will still be paid on the initial loan amount. the fact they have had a cash injection (what Blue1234 alluded to) means they have solid business case and the loan is safe.

I understand the sentiment about Adam's wife selling shares, and how Adam has got the timing so wrong. But can he really be that naive? or is there something around the corner which means they will be in a closed period. For the sake of 5K? It does round is holding nicely wonder if he has OCD?

For me it's a good time to raise funds and take advantage of the high ore prices, which will drop in the future. Who are the existing shareholders maybe British Marine?

I have been pondering on some interesting observations in regard to AMC morphing into a large-scale mining investment company with Adam at the helm.

What would the criteria be if they were to invest in a mining company: in no particular order.

1- Resource that is in demand or will be in the foreseeable future
2- Amount of resource that is available, better still multiple resources available to sell
3- At a stage where value can be added in the medium / long term (2 to 3 years to maximise return). Explorer to the developer stage would be ideal. Risk and reward balance.
4- Miner with revenue /potential short-term revenue
5- Experienced board members
6- Jurisdiction/region
7- Debt-free
8- Diversified portfolio

Maybe they should invest in AMC,

Yes AMC will need billions!!! To get to production phase but the risk is balanced out by the low entry price.

was just curious how the process all works really, yep I understand CFDs, and that no securities actually change hands dealing with them and therefore no trade is implemented, just wasn't sure of form 8.5 and even though an 'actual trade' was made for the purpose to close a CFD bet (ie by back actual shares to cover the shares loaned) would it still show up.

Not an important subject really just my geekiness coming through!!

ferg.gg stated that CFD does not show up, but obviously, I wasn't eloquent enough in my post, more likely I am showing my ignorance of share deals, but From 8.5 is stating that there has been a 'trade of securities' So was intetseted to see if they showed up, that is all.

Thats a fair point, but isnt Form 8.5 for securities that have actually been sold/brought?

Not sure why but has anyone tried to correlate the Form 8.5 announcement of buy/sell shares to actual trades recorded on LSE or other platforms? I am with HL so not very good at tracking trades.
