Hope so.

that being said, I don't believe it was a so-called 'hard deadline' and with AMCs track record and the dependency on Russian agencies input, I wouldn't be surprised if negotiations were extended beyond the said time frame proposed.

I guess there are a number of outcomes from the end of the negotiations that may need to happen before the TEO is signed off.
1- All agree that the TEO is perfect and no modifications are needed. The TEO then can be signed off, Translations can be done, Mine plan, BFS can continue as planned....................................
2- The TEO is s**t and there is nothing there to be had, 'we disagree and the TEO needs to be completely scrapped'. This is the end of the road for AMC.
3- The TEO is great, BUT, blah blah blah additional work is required!!!

I suspect option 3 is the most likely outcome and that additional work will be needed before the TEO is signed off. At a guess, some of the work can be done in parallel with continued negotiations, but others may take longer than the proposed six months.

Obviously, I am hoping for number 1 and that in Feb AMC can announce that the TEO is now complete.

I guess the other issue is what investment strategy the accumulator has and whether they are in for the long haul (whatever that is) or whether they will be happy to double/treble............ from these lows.

I was more curious with the suggestion that RY and someone or some entity who is accumulating shares are conspiring to do something malevolent against the best interest of the SH.

Not sure I recall AMC stating a lawsuit is planned against AH? I understand that lawyers were consulted about the situation, but a lawsuit brought against AH??

For me, the outcome that he was ousted is good enough, it's obvious we will never find out the truth.

What is the thinking behind the accumulation of shares and RY's, and I quote Geng on this, 'Coy' response? Do you think he knows someone is accumulating for a hostile takeover and if so, not acting or acknowledging it means he is willing to let the company go for cheap or any other scenario for that matter?

The fact that RY was presented with some difficult questions and tried to address them was a positive for me.
Yes, would have been nice if the presentation was more polished (don’t think the inquisitor was great either) but the whole exercise was to answer questions from SH.

Need to rewatch to absorb what was said.
But the general gist;
- TEO is at its final stages and will be released by end of Q4 2021. (Not sure what ‘released ‘actually’ means and whether SH will see it or more work needs to be done, such as, translations, internal review….).
- Main focus has been the TEO and after that the Mine plan and BFS.
- Battery testing/downstream processing/MHP (battery ready product) will be looked at in 2022.
- Off-takers, Not the time to be signed up to anyone because it doesn’t give flexibility, hinder other negotiations etc….

Guess like many, my questions was around things like, C1 cost, Capex, BFS which was addressed by RY but not necessarily answered. Once the TEO is published many of the questions will come to light. I did ask about Directors buying but it wasn’t asked.

Reading between the lines, the PFS is redundant now and that the additional findings which are included in the TEO should see an increase in NPV.

It is fair to say that the project has got this far and the statement that the TEO will be released by Q4 2021 must mean that the project numbers presented are realistic and thus the project is ‘economically viable’. Not sure if this ultimately means that SH will see fair value, but the optimist in me likes to think RY and the team are trying to maximise SH value. The only issue is that they are looking at every angle!! Just got on with it!!!!

Erazzel – Slightly harsh haha, the fact that RY seems to be a bubbling boffin in the interview (I mean that in a good way), reminds me of ermm me in similar situations!! Prefer it to AH, look what he has done for EUZ!!!

No dates have been provided as to when the TEO will be approved/rejected. Not sure if it is a worthy comparison but EUA submitted a TEO for their West Kytlim project in September 2013 and was approved on March 14. (I could be wrong, my memory is going!)

With the need to submit the Mine Plan in July 2023, it's fair to say that the TEO will need to be approved by then!

Yes, it does seem to be the case.

Just a brief look at the company:
- Have a few deposits in play, besides their 'Eagle Nest' deposit, the rest appear to be at a very early stage chromite plays.

Maybe RY is planning to increase the production rate and maintain costs. The RNS dated Fri, 20th Aug 2021 does state somewhere that the mine has the potential to sustain 11mtpa.

I guess once the TEO is fully reviewed by the relevant organisations and published the truth will come out one way or the other.

To be honest pleased that AH was ousted, a shame about the NRR deal. I guess we have money in the bank and some of it may go to paying for the BFS!!!

The $1.47m profit nearly equates to the 14% interest of the CLN over 3 years. And as the RNS states "Especially when one views it from a time value of money aspect"

Maybe the 3-year time scale is too long to wait!!
