Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
For now we need to keep contacting them publicly and privately Next is we need to look into ALLG as Nigel Jenkins is also a director there. A few large buys there a few weeks ago, somebody sell here and move there? If I go missing you know to tell the police and the media it was the rich and powerful guys who did it yeah lol. everybody ask 1 friend each to also post on their behalf on Facebook. Not only in reply to their response to us, but also on the main part of the page that is permanent. Also tweet any Canadian news page, I just replied to any topic about Toronto mayor or whatever. That's the big story people will follow, they will see Itravel2000 has been taken over by dodgy dealings. Demand an investigation into the directors and their financial dealings. Their phone records last 8 weeks. Emails
It wasn't a 1 day thing. We must continue today or they will assume we have got bored and given up. It was far too easy for them to shaft us and the crooked deal needs investigating. I will be setting up the petition to the government a little later. Also I will be writing to the attorney general if itravel2000 or Aldenham do not respond by 4.30pm today. Let's get a response from them, there must be more than 20 people here. We have only about that many posts on Facebook. They stopped me posting to their page but have not done it with others after that so go on there and write, ask where your money went. Ask if there was insider dealing. Demand answers or an investigation into their books. Tell them you are not afraid to report them to Companies House and the London Stock Exchange. They are liable for everything for the next 6 years yet
And should have pulled the plug 5 weeks ago I wouldn't have complained. I had maybe 500k shares then. Expected it could go When they extended and extended they showed support. Then Tvz leaked rumours of Sunwing and Redleaf buying itravel2000 making people including myself think a deal was coming. taking the opportunity to sell friends and families shares. And leave us high and dry hopefully we will get some replies to the posts in the next few hours as they overnight in Canada at the moment.
Has agreed to retweet Dominic Walsh posts re Tvz. This should be picked up by her brother in law who is a freelance writer for the Guardian. Don't take your foot off the pedal guys. Post your questions on the cruise professionals Facebook page, link I posted earlier. Also on itravel2000 page. Tweet them, get your friends to retweet Also send to the Toronto Sun. CBC news etc.
area. They are within the law. I just hope that the unwanted attention may help them consider us worthy of receiving our fair share from the sale of assets. We will know more tomorrow as I believe TVZ,/Aldenham will respond further.
http://www.grant-thornton.co.uk/Global/IFAs-Turbulent-times-ahead-Nov2012.pdf So their fees have been paid seperately and will not come from the sale of assets. That leaves the whole of the assets to be divided up..

get involved mate. Like I said, nothing to lose, and in the process if a few people book with www.redtag.ca instead then so be it. I don't wish itravel's new owners ever success in the future, far from it..
I want them to pay. They are maintaining that LDC be repaid first obviously, that is 'them'. Same people. I want them to agree to re-allocate some of that money to us shareholders. There is no shortage of money there, LDC have plenty, Chiko Nanji has plenty. He can pay for it

Hi, As part if a shareholder action group that has formed and speaking upon behalf of this group, I am writing to underline the utter disgraceful behaviour of the travelzest board and how shareholders ( the company owners ) have been treated. There have been ample opportunities previously to sell assets and return some sort of shareholder value opposed to todays disappointing events. We can ensure you if we are not to receive any money that we will be doing all we can to bring to attention to our feelings of discontent. 'Especially' using social media to make people aware of what happened here. We understand itravel and cruise professionals have a good customer base. Our story will be all over social media on every web page, every company review site etc etc you can imagine, in a sustained campaign which we feel will not reflect well. A large number of private investors are now linking together from global share discussion boards and we are obtaining more and more support from fellow shareholders quickly. We understand the impact a sustained social media campaign can have on a brand and I am sure you will not underestimate this either. Especially when remembering how brand image and credibility to retain customers in this line of business is paramount. We hope that shareholders will be financial recognised in this deal and no action from ourselves is therefore required to be taken.
Hi mate. I believe while chequebook is open it is worth trying. Also Dominic Walsh is in support as is Jen Kavedra from travel industry today. This was not your usual deal, this one stinks to high heaven. Chiko Nanji and co orchestrated this. They will pay to shut us up. Im not saying they broke the law. Im saying they will want to protect their brands, customers do not want to know that they are lining the pockets of these people who orchestrated the loss of thousands of pounds from investors pockets.. Everyone here could do with their money back to spend on something..So its worth a little time and effort. What have you got to lose? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Even my old friend Hustle has demanded answers from them due to the way the deal has been done.
Please ask for RNS confirming that they will be looking at compensating shareholders from the proceeds of sale. Once we have that then we will stop our campaign. So far getting a response has been brilliant as they have confirmed they are still working through the process. Nothing is finalised and we can still hope for something from our investments.
I will join the tripadvisor campaign too now. Please share any links as its easier for everyone to go direct to website. I'm confident this attention is really painful for them and thus they will offer us a fair solution.
http://www.openjaw.com/sendcontact.php http://www.travolution.co.uk/staticpages/contactus.html I have contacted, hopefully they will run story too.
Cheque book open. Quote from Facebook : We’re continuing to work through this process.. Also RNS didnt say we wouldnt get anything. Just said unlikely. So they are uncertain/undecided etc. And todays movement against them will definitely help them decide.
tfish who havent signed in and commented. I hope they will tomorrow. If KMH11 could kindly ask Jen to also get behind us that would add huge weight to our campaign, she is the Editor of travelIndustryToday, a very respected Travel news website. She has sympathised with us and pointed out we may have been misled. Also Dominic Walsh of The Times has used the word 'shafted' to describe what Aldenham and LDC did here in cohorts with TVZ Directors. Chris Howell, Nigel Jenkins, Chiko Nanji, you will pay us...
We’d like to thank you all for your concern and expressed frustrations today over the recent announcement. We’re continuing to work through this process and wanted to share the following with you: This is the first part of what they posted on FB. They are still working through process...So we may get something as per RNS? Maybe they were hoping we would just quietly disappear and they'd be scot free. As we haven't they have left the door open to offer us something. They have said in RNS it is unlikely shareholders will receive anything. But not that we definitely won't. Let's change their minds from unlikely to likely. Their 10million pound investment wil begin to get bad press from tomorrow if we continue to contact the media outlets. They will not want this as itravel and especially cruiseprofessionals have good strong reputations. We may well be the minority that see something from this move...too many companies have gotten away with it. We need to make a stand and not lie down. I've contacted the company along the way, I'm not about to stop now. Now 'Im just starting...
Do get something is now while the cheque book is out Once they put it away they won't get it out again They are still counting the cost of buying these businesses. An extra million won't be much for them. They are big investors who have screwed us over, taken our savings, very hard earned. Taken some people children's inheritance. Others wedding day funds. Others car funds or house deposits I'd have no problem if like Nyo they did their best to protect the company but just couldn't. This was a very sly setup to takeover the companies. And they've done it Petition from now, social media. Don't wait for someone else. Takes 5mins, open an account and post your questions. Demand answers.
It is highly unlikely shareholders will receive any return for the shares they hold" usually they will say 'shareholders won't receive anything' full stop, but here they are leaving open the possibility you may get something back. keep believing everyone!
