the rules regarding calling an EGM? i believe we can reach 10% of holding with everyone here.
HiThank you for getting in touchI would like to propose on behalf of the shareholders for you to reach out to your client to open a dialogue between us and them.We quite rightly feel that we have been misled and that the 2 companies have been sold on our behalf by our directors. We also feel that they acted negligently by turning down previous offers for the issued shares and have ultimately got up a poor deal.We would like to reach a compromise if Aldenham Canada would be willing to offer us a good will gesture payment. I believe we would settle at a significant discount to Mondays closing share price. Making this move would prevent further disruption to itravel2000 by members of the action group. Furthermore members have purchased rights to websites including itravel2000.co.uk, itravel2000.org.uk and various other. These will link to affiliate schemes at rival businesses based in Canada. We have also contacted Carlion Solicitors who last year won 16m pounds for shareholders from a subsidiary company of The Cattle Group when The Cattle Group went into administration.I strongly suggest that you kindly contact your client to discuss their willingness to reach a swift resolution.I look forward to hearing from you Kindest
Heard the rumour from a source.
Can Jen tell us who told her that Sunwing were involved?
The rumour of Sunwing and Redtag buying back to Travelzest we may be able to get them. I believe they started the rumours to get people buying
Cheers mate. Can you please post email to which you sent that?
Please email Grant Thornton administrators to request that they contact Aldenham to clarify that position. The shareholders are considering legal action against the directors for negligently allowing finance to run out and also for not accepting previous offers for the company.
Thank you for your email. We have received a large number of shareholder queries, many of which are similar. Rather than provide individual responses, for reasons of efficiency and transparency we will be collating queries and updating shareholders at appropriate intervals on a common platform to ensure that all shareholders have access to the same, consistent information. I therefore ask that you please refer to the Travelzest website atwww.travelzest.com where you will find a copy of our initial notice to all shareholders of the Company. We will continue to update the website as required with further information and shareholder communications. Kind Regards Heile
Yes they are down to 1.5 star out of 5 And their customers have stopped posting. Some have claimed that they will no longer be booking with the company which is brilliant We need to keep it up. So far we have not had many posts after 4pm. Can everyone join in please Also join us at: itravel2000 Action Group on Facebook
For me.
I have spoken to Clarion Solicitors in Leeds and told them everything I know. They won a case for The Cattle Group shareholders against it's subsidiary company last year. They will get back to me soon.
we can make a difference. MrCalm we arent posting on itravel till 4pm tomorrow. We have given them that time to respond to us.
The sale of itravel2000 to Aldenham Canada Acquisition Corporation has been approved by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, effectively closing the deal as expected since Monday. But not everyone is popping the bubbly. Leading up to this moment, Travelzest made a statement yesterday saying it is "highly unlikely that shareholders will receive any return for the shares they hold," because "proceeds from the disposal of the Canadian Subsidiaries are not expected to be sufficient to discharge the Company's remaining secured and unsecured creditors."Elleway Acquisitions Limited acted as the primary lender since Sept. 2, 2013 and after weeks of extending financial support, called in the debt on Monday. Shortly thereafter, Aldenham's deal was announced, backed by a group of investors - including Elleway, which is where the problem lies for many. One shareholder, who asked to remain anonymous, told THN that legal action is being considered, "if it is deemed that our directors did not do all they could to protect us."This source said social media will be used as a way "to pursue justice," evident already on itravel2000's Facebook page."Thanks for shafting all of your shareholders. Hope all of your clients realize (sic) they are next," said one post. "Dear itravel2000, please can you return 1p a share to TVZ shareholders. You have taken over this company by stealing our shares. We would urge customers to book their holidays through a different company in the meantime," said another. In response, itravel2000 posted an end-of-day update, saying, "We’re continuing to work through this process…Rest assured, there are NO changes to customer vacations…"Since these communications, the TVZ Shareholder Action Group has agreed to stop all contact with media organizations until 4 p.m. GMT, Nov. 7, as an act of faith to give the company time to respond."I believe we can negotiate and agree a sum slighlty lower than the closing shareprice on Monday afternoon," said their note to parties associated with the sale.Financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed at this time, and there is no word yet on the status of Aldenham’s acquisition of The Cruise Professionals.
They did in fact block me within minutes. However they have not done the same with subsequent posts

Thanks Good advice. Hence why we should be truthful Also when posting on itravel2000 page etc we shouldn't make untrue claims. If we refer to gift cards or losing money on a booking we should put a question mark to make it a question rather than stating a fact.
Yes that's him. One and the same who our directors sold us out to
Able to advise on options. Lien against Directors or a civil suit against Directors for negligence.
The justgiving as a source to raise funds. Will have to be cost effective to pursue so a lot depends on what solicitor says. If they say it's a clear case then may be ok. If they say it's very complicated then perhaps not.
