I dont bother to respond to those who come here to say I told you so and especially that guy earlier downdeeper who seemed quite pleased that TVZ was going 'down' etc. It's just not classy...no more names mentioned eh If you hold with us then expend energy finding out relevant info. If you don't then either be constructive and helpful if you can, if not then move on.
want to see what happens tomorrow 7am. They must be writing the RNS now with the legal team etc. Telling us we await Ontario Supreme Court Approval but otherwise deal done etc
are bloody smart. They've tabled a bid with Aldenham which may not have been accepted. Pulled the finance with their other company (same people behind both). That way forced TVZ to accept the deal. TVZ scared the life out of us earlier so that when the deal comes in you will think, well thank God it's better than nothing.. So expect it to be a good deal for Aldenham, not great for us. But still, better than nothing. Hopefully all debt cleared, that will give us the massive boost we need
No I kept topping up and ended up taking my average up along the way. So I am well invested in here. Depending on deal details I will either make a ton of money this week or I'll lose a little but not all. I can stomach 20% loss. Any more and it will be painful :)
Definitely you can. Just wait and see how good a deal it is, what price was achieved in negotiations. Just pray its over 16m and we're in the money. Anything under and we could be mediocre. Anything below 5m and we're gonna be quite short as in SP probably will drop.
http://www.bizapedia.com/canada/ALDENHAM-CANADA-ACQUISITION-CORPORATION.html Company age: 3 Months Hence the week extensions...
We owe you a huge thank you. Will definitely sleep better tonight! It's very positive news mate. Without a breakthrough somewhere we were in trouble. Looks like one of the options has come in..
Definitely! I already did donate earlier today, I got an email from Ummah Welfare. First thought was I've just lost a massive amount of money, how can I donate? Then my senses were regained and I went ahead and clicked through etc Your wealth will never deplete through donating to the poor. Promised and guaranteed
paste the last part... Aldenham Canada also announced today that....
:) All praise be to God...
hope you're right. But I fear we may have lost it. Does anybody have Nigel Jenkins email?? I want to mail him
Tvz has become like a test stock page now. They've written off our investment and company. we'll be back! I hope.we have limited options to be honest, just need board to take best of a bad bunch of deals
I bought more today too. Looking back, bad move!
NYO type deal. Sell off an asset for cheap. But at least come back listed
They could not agree a deal for sale of itravel2000. Hopefully the channels are still open and a deal can be concluded. Albeit at a much reduced rate now considering we are now pretty desperate sellers Great bargain available for a buyer I'm sure.
Is a week old max
So they've been here before then. Exactly same position almost. Thanks for link
