Farm Out deal is negotiated & complete based on results transpiring from GOBI Well Test and bearing in mind Gobi isn't technically an Exploration prospect - Hydrocarbons have been proven already. The well Test, alsting around 1-2 weeks, will prove commertciality.

Heron is already Proven & Producing.

The Farm Out proposal already received from the prospective Farmee, was prior to the vastly improved Geo-political supply/price environment, benefitting Petro Matad.

It'll be a Farm Out deal focused solel;y on Heron (WIN) or subject to well testing result, on Heron + Gobi (WIN+)

RNS on Thursday should clarify that & what i suspect certain posters here are working extremely hard to beat the deadline on Re-entry

Proquo - You're on the right track and the keys in the Farm out being for the whole of Block XX & not just Heron, which I'm sure Mr. Buck will elaborate on Thursday & will be included in the RNS.

The Farm Out in principal is effectively agreed - However, GOBI is an outstanding component, being significantly larger than Heron & with its already proven Oil presence, which the imminent Well Test will prove commerciality or not.

The Farm Out will go ahead either way, albeit on a modified basis with GOBI

Lots going on i suspect and with the primary interest being from INDIA & CHINA, it's more than just about Heron imo!

I think we'll get a huge RNS. The parties decide 'when' the final contract gets signed, regardless of the actual deal being effectively completed prior. In the meantime, if anyone doesn't like that, it's their money & plenty other stocks on Aim (mainly outright gambles lol) to put your money in.

I expect shareholders will be very pleased indeed by Thursday.

RNS Tuesday - imho.

Regardless of timing, I expect very exciting times for Petro Matad & shareholders, as we move into a significant Production - Revenue upscaling stage & Renewables start to come online (with Financer / Partner transparency known, which I expect will be the Sovereign Investment Funds etc previously discussed).

Farm Out - The Farmee paying full costs for 4-5 wells + a cash sum to cover some historical expenditure by Petro Matad.

The key is to be able be able to reach sufficient production to exponentially increase development, towards full Heron field capacity over 5-6 years. In the meantime, we'll have our Block 7 activities ongoing etc

GOBI? - should be very interesting, considering Oil already found & commerciality needing to be confirmed, hence not technically an 'Exploration' play.

Pretty much concensus of an elevated Oil price going forward into next year, with most estimates around the $80-$100bbl - Of course, if Iran enforce Tolling on the Straits or Kharg Island is destroyed, those estimates can realistically be pushed upwards.

Pilsbury - good to have thta feedback from your friend. I'm not surprised at hisc assessment & why they fundamentally overhauled the Law a couple of years ago, transitioning away from a 'Herder control' system to a modern Int Investment environment.

Re: conclusion of the Farm Out, we'll get confirmation of that or an extremely positive progress emphasising 'imminency' of signing AND start of GOBI well testing, noting we already have proven Hydrocarbons.
