I'd want some of the proceeds to be returned to Shareholders, in the above situation and via a special dividend, considering Petro Matad will likel;y receive a premium priced offer for Block XX - I expect Petrovis & Buck himself would be very agreeable to that also, consideringbntheir own shareholdings.

I initially errred on the FARM OUT option of the counterparty - I now (very strongly) expect it to. be a straight BUY OUT approach by India's ONVG Videsh Ltd (OVL)

Hamm, also factor in the current geo-political supply situation & likley elevated oil prices going forward, as well as the Counterparty presumed to be India's OVL, who are strongly linked to the Refginery etc

"What would you define as imminent?" - that;'s a question for the Company, as they used the word themselves and importantly, we all know how much Mike Buck understates things!

I'd say based on that, next few days probably but as i said, Bucks the one to ask!

Also Low cost Operatiional costs, Al;ternative sales route for Oil, increwased Farm Out interest by alternative parties for Block XX & Blocl VII etc

Indeed and i see MB clarifyiing that in the Presentation. We're on a very solid platform for growth, an imminent RNS on the 2026 Sales Agreement, a Cash lump sum paid at the premium price, Continued operations / Revenue and a very high chance Buyout of Block XX by the presumed Indian Counterparty.

I'm very confident of the India BuyOUT route of the main counterparty, for Block XX!

And with alternative sales route set up & the 2026 Sales Agreement RNS "imminent", freeing up said cash, all amidst a low cost operating environment for Petro Matad.

I think it's of note the main counterparty are gettingn the £D Seismics reprocessed, after the extended period of negotiation Investor33 - The current geo-political climate, expectations of a $100+ oil price going forward for a long time etc and the liklihood its ONGV Videsh (OVL), makes me thinkm they're going for a Buyout as opposed to the initial Farm Out deal - other interested parties too, so the offer better be good.

Yes, Oil prices going back up -Objective, non-moral observation is that our "imminent" cash payment from the 35,000bbls will be significantly higfher!

Not sure we'll get any clarity on the above header - it's what i expect will be the outcome from the main counterparty!

Farm Out or Buy Out - I'm even more convinced of the latter now, as prior strongly favouring the Farm Out option. The counterparty are looking to have a more solid basis of the Buyout offer imo and amidst increased interest from other parties to secure the farm out for themselves.

Current geo political supply situation & elevated prices goin g forward, further support that approach
