I think people need to do some research into ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL) & the meetings that have been taking place.

There's very good reason the company already received the firm proposal, off the draft farm out agreement sent & due dilligence site check!

*Also, may want to note Russia's plans to ban fuel exports & India's aggressive policy to diversify supply chains. there's a reason the Indian $1.7Bn Refinery is the country's biggest foreign project investment - and its Mongolia!

You'll note, that $10Bn has targeted for the SunSteppe Energy export to China. Also, that Buck mentioned that the same Arabs entities speaking with SunSteppe CEO Zula Luvsandorj, would be approached re: Petro Matad's operations, with a view to direct involvement- let that sink in.

However, the recent Deputy PM with ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL), makes me quite sure its that party we're negotaiting with for the Farm Out deal, as the primary entity.
