As i posted on the MATD board - Re: US-IRAN conflict - "US President Donald Trump has said he is holding off a military attack on Iran planned for Tuesday at the request of Gulf states as "serious negotiations are now taking place". He said he had been informed a deal would be made that is "very acceptable" to the US, adding there would be "NO NUCLEAR WEAPONS FOR IRAN!" But he warned the US would be ready to "go forward with a full, large scale assault of Iran, on a moment's notice" if there was no acceptable deal.

Lots of stuff this morning - The Deputy Prime Minister T Djorkhand, to whome the Sunsteppe CEO is the SpecialAdvisor, gave an interview about Green Hydrogen export to Japan.

We should note, Japan have already given a significant grant to Petro Matad JV, SunSteppe, for Green Hydrogen development & ACWA Power are looking at investing $5Bn into the Mongolia Green Hydrogen sector

Reading through the back & forth between the US & Iranian negotiating positions / statements, I can't see how they're going to resolve this without major capitultion on one side.

Re: Brent prices? - Directly linked to Production Revenue, with a Net Payback to MATD of $40 off a $70bbl price - a lot (lot) more off a $111bbl (and rising) price.

Also read the link kindly provided re: funding for Exploration projects & supply shifts, given the active Farm Out process with China for the potential Multi-Billion bbl Block 7 - Block 20 already has a Firm Proposal down and an imminent RNS update expected within the next week or so.

Certainly does look ike there'll be a resumption of the conflict and oil prices reflecting that. Primarily holding my Small Cap Producer-Explorer MATD, but i'd expect a positive uptick here, as reliance on any imminent peace deal, seems to be fading.

Re: the previous post on Corporate Governance, new shares issue etc - It's worth noting the delay on this years AGM (as opposed to previous years), which would more likely align with extending the timeframe to conclude the current Farm Out negotiations etc, resulting i n major upscaling of Production - Revenue.
