Yup, ADRs is the way.

I think that, at some point in the future, Quadrise should look to US markets. Perhaps a listing but also potentially some sort of debt funding listed as bonds on the NYSE or NASDAQ. For NYSE they could even look at convertible bonds in conjunction with an equity listing, all this once revenue of any size appears on a regular basis. There's just more capital financing there in general and it's something that should be considered later this year.

Quadrise is now, by the skin of its teeth, a commercial company.

You're assuming illegal trading on non public information because the share price is up 0.2p? This nonsense needs to stop, it's polluting the board.

Because, obviously, it's not true.

Not true. We're objectively not in a worse situation now than when the share price was 8p. If you think share price tracks progress perfectly, that's pretty simple to disprove. And that's exactly where you get buying opportunities.

I'm referring to that. Our major RNS described less a single event, more a continuing process, binding on the signatories, for a multi stage trial across the majority of 2025. We seem to be waiting for another RNS, which is great, but we are not sitting waiting for progress as we were through much of 2024. Progress is happening today as it will happen tomorrow and every day and the LinkedIn post showed that. It's all systems go for Quadrise and another RNS isn't required to confirm that.

We didn't get an RNS. We got an awesome progress update on the trial via a LinkedIn post.

Transporting us to September 2025 - if we'd just dropped from 79p to 53p I feel we'd be more aghast than if we'd travelled relatively smoothly to 27p over the year. Makes no sense, it's just the psychology of the stock market and people in general. I'm not immune.
