A separate commercial supply in the Mediterranean to MSC, distinct from the MSC/Leandra trial (transatlantic).

I don't understand, how do you account for the SP having actually been 8p?

Of course no one knows but I'd imagine it won't fall beyond what it has (it already fell to around 3p and recovered). I believe that after the raise the price will quite quickly (2 or 3 weeks) return to where it was and then onwards with progress/news. The percentage dilution of the raise is too minor to effect the share price beyond the very short term.

This has both raised money and hackles - understandably - but in my opinion the most important aspect was to secure ongoing funding for the company to see it through to commercial revenues at earnings level (revenues to cover costs). What we didn't want was a raise that was scrupulously fair and at the very highest share price but which ultimately failed. A failed raise would have meant a bankrupt company. Better this way, now we have money in the bank and can only look forwards to our many and various projects.

I'm sorry, I really don't think that's true. Keeping in mind, the price *was* 5p and they weren't interested then. If you want an institution to hand over £3M to your non-earning company with a solid two decades of never earning anything, along with having done institutional raises before and promptly putting their money to sleep, you'll have to sweeten the pot.

It's a ridiculous opportunity that I've never seen before in this or any other share. The share price has almost halved in value and has nothing to do with either bad news or share dilution. Well this isn't a guarantee it's as close as I can come that the share price will quite quickly revert to what it was and then as the trials etc progress the share price should continue to increase past 6p. Again, I've really never seen anything like this.

Not at all, the investment community values Quadrise at 6p. To get IIs in in blocks for £3M when they weren't interested in 6p in the open market, you need to offer a significant reduction. With the ABB, the money has already been raised, without risk.

Great but this is just a wild unsupported statement from you - there are no facts to back this up. There's a binding agreement for LONO testing launching shortly and a commercial agreement from Valkor with money arriving in the next couple of weeks.

They don't. The ABB is for a minimum of £3M and the retail is for a standard £1M extendable in the case of oversubscription. They're both minimums.

Wonga, it's tough to go through your whole post but suffice it to say the whole thing is pretty much nonsense.

@MacF1 - agreed, this is an ABB and the best way to do it.

I'd be interested to know how they arrived at 3p, or when they did. At best, it's £3M and the last for a long time so not the end of the world.
