Not overly relevant even if it's sold to them, and I don't think it is being sold. Remember - we'll be making MSAR *within* the US - you couldn't ask for better. Everyone with factories outside the US (hello VW in Mexico) are kicking themselves but everyone who can manufacture within the US (hello BMW) are quids in. Yes, their share prices are down but mainly to do with index/tracker flows. In my opinion these tariffs will help us overall.

I think we are actually immune. We're up and down around the 4p mark until solid news of commercialisation but we're not in any index or similar and Utah means we're inside tariff borders so fundamentally we stand to benefit from tariffs.

Hey Tuckman - if this is about tariffs I'm really not sure that's true. The effective blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is probably a bigger logistical issue and it was rather perfunctory from a shipping point of view. Tariffs may reorganise global trade - but only that - I don't think shipping companies will have a more difficult time of it.

Yes - and in the UK the regulator demands a portion of compensation be allocated to a long term incentive which warrants meet. Also, as DoN mentions, vanilla share purchases by board members are often programmatic so the amounts and timings are set in advance.

It's an internal compliance matter so general counsel assisting the CFO or just the NOMAD. There aren't hard and fast rules - or there are but you only know for sure when you break them and either the regulator comes after you or you're sued - but, the rules are different depending where you are in the company and what you know and how close you want to skirt the rules. There's an argument to be made that the CEO is always in possession of non-public information, they always have an advantage over the public. Obviously they can still buy shares. Legal counsel will make a judgement call based on the law.

Exactly - the company was at a stage that's as normal as ever for pharma. However there will have been periods where the CEO will not have been permitted to purchase shares and those periods will not have been made public.

Yes, I said so myself. We don't know when insider dealing is permitted and when it isn't though periods when it isn't - so called closed periods - are longer and more likely during rapid company change or upheaval. Boldly stating than an insider can definitely buy shares if they want to is nonsense. Neither I, nor any non insider, knows whether this is true or not.

Closed periods can extend dramatically beyond and in-between results periods and during company turbulence (such as when there are many changes) can extend through much of the year. Such as what's happening with us at the moment. Specifically: there is no way for people with inside information to buy shares if that information is about the sort of things that are happening behind the scenes with Quadrise.

Also - you've literally seen very few insiders buy shares in the company while the share price went from 1.5p to 8p in a matter of weeks - if they could have they *obviously* would have, yet you seem to speak with such confidence that "there's nothing to stop them". Closed periods are not public information, you don't know when they exist, they're an internal compliance matter.
