It does but that's more a marketing thing - first mover helps you get in the room. But we're already in the room with various companies so I don't think one impacts the other.

Yes the reason being is that the money used to make a purchase is not *their* money - they get little shareholder credit or other credit if a gamble turns out well but they will certainly need to explain themselves if it doesn't.

Nonsense. It's already been years and progress during those years but with the share price held artificially low due to mistakes and failures past. The market now waits only for active commercial contracts with current revenue but when those do appear there'll be a many-hundred-percent share price correction.
